Review: We purchased a blue sapphire white gold ring from this company as a gift last Wednesday. When we got home and inspected the ring again we noticed there are scratches and scuff marks suggestive of possible use that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. This ring was sold to us as new. We visited the store yesterday and spoke to Michael, showed him the ring and asked for a refund. He then informed us that the quality of this ring is very good, when we showed him the scuff marks he said all sales are final and he would not refund our money. We were never informed of this when the ring was purchased and it is not visibly stated anywhere in the store that all sales are final. It isn't disclosed on their website either. Upon walking around the entire store we found one small sign stating "all sales final" on an adjacent wall that is not facing customers when they walk around so it cannot be easily seen. We then asked to speak to a manager/owner and he said they were not there and when we asked for their contact information or a way to reach them he refused to give us any information. When we took a picture of the sign and again asked to get a refund because we were not happy with the quality of the product he became very loud and confrontational saying we could not take pictures and that we don't know about quality and are not gemologists. We also told him the sign should be visible to the public and that we would pursue further action if needed to get our money back and he then threatened us saying "Are you going to sue me?" and that he has very good lawyers. We would like to return the defective ring and get a refund for what was paid since we were lied to about the quality and never informed that it was a final sale.Desired Settlement: We would like to return the defective ring to the store and get a refund of of the money we paid.
