The check for Gettman was processed on 7/13/ He indicated that he had not received it yet We put a stop payment and processed a new deposit check for him, he was updated about this on 9/7/ The check was check #in the amount of $120, he received it on 9/12/ Thank you so much for sending a follow up email and call Since I didn’t receive the letter, I appreciate the extra follow up as I would not have wanted a review to go without a response Have a great day!

The apartment had a brand new washer, new vinyl flooring, and new bedroom carpet upon move-in and due to the presence of unauthorized pets, the unit is in a state of disrepair. Our elevators are inspected regularly and our permits are current. You may pursue a re-assignment or pay a termination fee if either resolution better meets your housing needs.
