I have a complaint with fifty flowers because they hide my honest review and experience with their company Yes, I was refunded my money because 24,rose petals I ordered weren't delivered and the day of my sons wedding we had to scramble to get a florist to pull rose petals off of a BUNCH of roses for double the amount we were spending with this company They couldn't provide any information as to where the shipment was but it was delayed in Memphis due to no commercial invoice so it was stuck in customs since it was coming from Ecuador I was disappointed and frustrated but now even more so that they aren't allowing my HONEST opinion and experience with their commonly on their website or Facebook page The florist that originally referred us to this company is no longer referring them because this has happened to of the weddings they worked with So, what does that tell you? So, this company has lost their integrity and trying to cover up where they have made mistakes That doesn't make it right when you cover up your mistakes

FiftyFlowers does not sell any rose called "Blueberry", as the customer claims They claim there was a misunderstanding, however all of our CS reps use the website to place customer orders, and if you search on our website, you will see that there are no roses called "Blueberry" She was
confused by the word "Purpleberry" It is understandable that she got confused about this We have made a 100% refund as a conciliatory gesture
FiftyFlowers runs a unique business We have a lenient return policy considering that we never get the product back Fresh flowers have a vase life between to days Even when the customer is wrong, we try to do our best to make amends
This case was particularly difficult to decide on because the customer was abusive to our customer service team In fact, her boyfriend was also verbally abusive They used aggressive and mean language to at least of our customer service reps However I had to decide against my team for the sake of preserving our online reputation and the TRUTH

Dear J[redacted]r!
First of all you have a very cool last name!  Bubba!
After reviewing this case, we are authorizing a full refund for you.  Even though the flowers look beautiful and they were used at your special event, we can see that some of the...

lilies were not opened fully.
Thanks for your patience with us,

I have a complaint with fifty flowers because they hide my honest review and experience with their company. Yes, I was refunded my money because 24,000 rose petals I ordered weren't delivered and the day of my sons wedding we had to scramble to get a florist to pull rose petals off of a BUNCH of roses for double the amount we were spending with this company. They couldn't provide any information as to where the shipment was but it was delayed in Memphis due to no commercial invoice so it was stuck in customs since it was coming from Ecuador. I was disappointed and frustrated but now even more so that they aren't allowing my HONEST opinion and experience with their commonly on their website or Facebook page. The florist that originally referred us to this company is no longer referring them because this has happened to 2 of the weddings they worked with. So, what does that tell you? So, this company has lost their integrity and trying to cover up where they have made mistakes. That doesn't make it right when you cover up your mistakes.

Review: I placed an order for wedding flowers and requested a delivery date of June 9, 2015. I was contacted on June 5th and told my order had been "lost" but I could place another order, however it would not arrive until June 10th. I argued I needed for the 9th based on tests I had done with like blooms and how long they took to open, but I was assured that the 10th was the recommended delivery date for my flowers. I took off work on the 10th to handle the delivery and process the flowers immediately upon their arrival. I tried multiple methods to get the flowers to bloom but to no avail. On the date of my wedding the flowers had still not properly bloomed. The website has a 100% Freshness Guarantee as well as an Event Day guarantee. Since it was my wedding day, I obviously was not on the phone with the company until early Monday morning. At that time I was asked to provide photos (which I did of all the arrangements I had remaining - some went home with guest) and I was told since I did not have pictures of all 30 arrangements I would only be refunded 50%. I did not find that to be a satisfactory resolution based on their guarantees.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refund for 100% of what I paid, I spent over 4 hours processing these flowers and incurred additional expense to purchase other flowers to "fill in:" the bouquets.

Dear J[redacted]r!

Review: I ordered from Fiftyflowers.com in October 2011. I ordered a large amount of flowers for my December 2011 wedding. Approximately one week before my wedding,I still had not received my order or been updated by the company. I contacted them and they stated my flowers were on the way. Two days before my wedding, I recontacted the company inquiring about my order and they told me the flowers were still in South America on a pallet and they wouldn't make it on time. I asked for a refund to which I was refused. After demanding a refund from several employees they eventually gave it to me. The owner called me to apologize and promised to send me free flowers for six months. That never happened. When I would call asking to speak to her about the free flowers, I would get the run around and my calls were never returned. I have tried to post and honest testimonial on their page to warn new customers of my order but they refuse to post it and delete it. I feel this company is incredibly unprofessional and single-handedly almost ruined my wedding. Mosr places refused to assist because it was 2 days til my wedding and when I did find a place that would help, I didn't get the amount of flowers I needed and I still had to scrape together filler flowers on the day of my wedding which is unbelievable.Desired Settlement: I feel a fine should be in place or something needs to be done. I did my research and I looked at their ratings which now I know are false because they only post positive ratings. In my opinion that is misleading and should be illegal. They tried to get out of refunding me and they lied to me when they agreed to send me a compensation of free flowers. I just want something done about their unprofessional ism. I had to go around to several stores two days before my wedding and plead for help.

This is a strange case of Fraud indeed! First of all, this case is apparently 2 years old? Secondly, we would never promise somebody flowers for 6 months. Third, we have no record of this person in our order history.

Review: We called in and placed a rush order on the blueberry roses through the customer service center that is located in Ojai, CA. We discussed regarding the specific color style of the roses with representatives multiple times before the order was officially placed. When the order was received they were bright pink roses, and nowhere near the correct color. We called in an attempt to receive a refund and even sent pictures to them, but opposite from their 100% satisfaction policy they only were agreeing to give a 50% refund on the matter, and claimed that our information was incorrect regarding the color of the roses even though we gave them physical visual evidence that their company was incompetent. After speaking with a "manager" who refused a further escalation multiple times we disconnected. It seems that this company does not abide by their guarantee policies as well as are determined to wear customers down on the phones until they give up in order to make profit for a piss poor memo/tracking system. There is no accountability on the company's end to do anything close to resolving any issue.Desired Settlement: I would like our full amount we paid ($139.99) plus any shipping cost back. I would also like to see resolution regarding the supposed manager that we spoke with who had no accountability and placed it all on the customer. This type of person in no way should be in customer service.

Review: I would like to complain about a company in your area that does internet business under the name of Fiftyflowers. I recently ordered calla lilies for my nieces wedding from them was there when they were delivered and immediately care for them as recommended. I received the lilies on Thursday and Friday evening while making the bouquets I pulled the lilies out of the water only to find they were rotten up to the bloom. Needless to say I had to send my family all over town early the next morning to try to find replacements. When contacting Fifty Flowers, I have heard nothing from them. I would think that a business that operates in your area would have better customer service and integrity.Desired Settlement: Refund of $149.99 for 50 Petite Calla Lilies that were rotten and unusable.
