I purchased Figgers Fbuds for myself and partner as Christmas presents, and was very excited to try them. We don't have Figgers phones, but read it didn't matter as long as there was Bluetooth function. Received the buds and encountered difficulty trying to sync. Each time we used them it was hit or miss on if they functioned properly. Tried to contact customer support for a return and refund after a disappointing experience. Was told because it was 15-days past original purchase date ( took over a week to even receive the buds by mail, by the way) that we could only exchange them. Very disappointed in how Figgers handled the issue and for the ridiculously limited return/refund policy, especially after holidays. Most retailers allow returns up to 30 days. I'm sure the buds work best with a Figgers phone (which we don't have), but don't advertise for all Bluetooth devices if you can't ensure proper functionality.

So I finally tried the FIGGERSSo far I love the service, but I only had this phone service for monthsI only pay $a month which is cheaper than *** bc I used to pay $The service is okayIt is similar to *** *** and * ***My bill is always the same and if one day you can not pay ur monthly service bc something came up...they are willing to give you an extra weeks to make a payment

I was lucky enough to win free service for a year However, they cut service off after a month When I try to contact them, the number listed on their website is out of service The local contact number just rings off the hook

I have been with Figgers.com since August of 2012.I never have had problems with my service. I have changed phones for my free upgrades. I always had the Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data for $35 month and my bill has always been the same. The service works everywhere better coverage than [redacted] and [redacted] but wayyyyyy cheaper than [redacted] and [redacted]. You get the same service and better coverage for way less the cost.

Figgers X1 phone from my perspective there are too many apps preloaded; many which I don't even use. The battery life is long I charge my phone maybe every two days and still talk 40-60 minutes a day. I love the phone.

I ordered a Internet box from them last month. It took almost two weeks to get here. Once it got here its been working pretty good. I need to try the cellphone now cause I heard its pretty good.
