I placed an order on 12/5/2017 and have NEVER RECEIVED IT. I've emailed them many times and was told it was backordered, then no responses. American combat hygiene took $44.78 from my PayPal account. I want my money back. I'm so angry. My son does MMA in the cage and I wanted to get him this soap. I want my money back. I have all correspondence and original order form.

Fight Soap is horrible. They are unclear in their order process, their customer service is terrible and they treat the customers...

poorly. Obviously they operate without oversight and impunity. They just don’t care as evidenced by their lack of response to your inquiry. [redacted]

Review: I purchased 3 bars of soap from Fight Soap on April [redacted]. At the time of the order their website said most orders are shipped within 24 hrs, but it could take up to one business week to ship out any given order. I received a tracking number after one week. After a second week I tried contact them through any channel I had. I tried emailing, using their web form, [redacted] and [redacted]. To this day I still have not gotten any replies to any of my communications.

After 4 weeks of inactivity the post office finally receive the package and started to deliver it. This did not go as planned because Fight Soap used the wrong postage on the package. They paid for a Flat Rate envelope and sent the products in a Flat Rate Padded Envelope, which is a 65¢ different. In my order I paid $6 for shipping. The price of the Flat Rate Padded Envelope is $5.70.

For the past 3 weeks I have tried every email address, [redacted] and [redacted] account I could find to try and contact this company, but it appears they are ignoring their customers.Desired Settlement: I would at least like a refund of the 95¢ for the postage, a refund for the entire purchase would be better and I would gladly send the product back to them if they pay the postage for return shipping. I would gladly change them the actual postage and not overcharge them in an attempt to turn a profit on it, like they did.

I would also like for the company to contact me so I can find out why this happened in the first place and maybe help avoid the next customer the same turmoil.

Review: I ordered a sample pack of soap on May [redacted], 2014 from Fight Soap USA / American Combat Hygiene LLC through their website, [redacted]

The order was valued at $19.99 plus $6.00 shipping and was paid via [redacted].

I noticed after purchase that the company makes all their soap by hand and has a "counter" of sorts on their website showing when packages will ship by the date they were ordered.

I waited one week after initial purchase and sent an email to the seller asking when I can expect delivery since the tracking # hadn't been updated, only to never receive a response.

I then decided I'd wait till the "counter" reached my date of purchase (May [redacted]) and if I hadn't heard from them or received anything, I'd send out another email. I ultimately did so nearly 2 weeks ago and still, no response.

I was provided with a USPS tracking # in my [redacted] receipt, however I can't enter it because your website thinks I'm providing a credit card number.

The email address I've been contacting is [redacted] This is all the information I have. However, feel free to call me in case I possibly missed something that could help you out, such as the tracking number.

Review: I was a member of their monthly delivery club since February 2013 and always looked forward to receiving their products, they cancelled the monthly program in early October. My Credit card was charged as usual, however I am still currently waiting on my last 2 months of products (September and October). I have been in contact with owner [redacted] several times via email and social networking, last we spoke I informed him of my new mailing address on 2/**/2014. Still have not received my order, or any confirmation of shipment as of 3/**/2014. Please advise me of any further action I may take with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would just like the two months of products that I was charged for, or my money refunded.
