This complaint was Genterated by one of our customers children who lives in ***He is attempting to act on behalf of his father whom he claims is incompetentMy attorney has advised me that a child cannot cancel a legal contract on behalf of there parent unless they possess power of attorney
through the stateThe power of attorney would need to be dated and filed with the state prior to the contract being executedTherefore there is no basis for complaint
