I've been attending figure weight loss for about months and have lost lbs I still have about 15-to lose but so far I've lost that amount of weight in 1/the time I've lost the same amount of weight on my ownIt did really helpI do have former members who tell me they gained the weight back as soon as they went off the medication I have lost and gained in the past and you honestly have to make this a lifestyle change to keep the weight off Continue on with your food log and exercise and watch what you eat and you will keep it off
On Teusday Febmy husband went for his apptand was seen by Dr [redacted] He was given a new perscriptioncalled [redacted] on wedhe started this medication as per the DrordersMy husband was taking his truck to the repair shop and had a total BLACKOUT he hit another vehicle with passengers in it and they both were transported to the E R with injuriesMy husband was ARESSTED .now this happened at pm My husband woke up in aa jail cell at 1:am and had no clue what was going onmyself,his children and mother was so ;upset that we could not locate him anywhereI finally got a call around 2:am to let me know where he wasI posted a large bond and my husband has never been in any trouble before, Had to hire a lawyer and go to court this morningMY HUSBAND HAD TO PAY FINES AND LOST HIS DRIVING RIGHTS FOR YEARI called Figure Weight Loss as soon as I got home and was told that they were busy and would get right back to meNO THEY DID NOT RESPOND BACK The Drdid not explain this drugor give my husband any side effect warning just told him it would help him loose weightI started looking this drug up on the web only to be horriied of what it isIf anyone has been given this drug from F W L should seek help from family Drto be weened off of itThis is not a weight loss drug it is for anti-convulsant for treatment for seizer disorders ,migraine headaches and for people who are bi-polarSince there was n response from Dr [redacted] I will be cantacting my attnyto pursue this matter and anyone else who as had this do the sameI just thank GOD that my husband and the other were not KILLED in this accident.and my husband has been on his job for over years and we are not sure if this going to effect his employment due to loosing his Licfor a year

The facility is nice and most people are very friendly and helpful. My complaints are that they deviate from their paperwork, Rami and customer service from the office mangers and doctors after I expressed my feelings. 1. I needed less medication than the normal routine calls for. I live over an hour away and usually did 6 week appointments. They said since I was needing and using the medication as quickly as others that I could come less often. At my second to last appointment I mentioned that I would like to be weened off, and that this was important to me as I become extremely tired and fall asleep quickly when not taking it which did not happen prior to the meds. I scheduled my appointment and had to reschedule due to being in the hospital with Sepsis from a prior kidney infection. This was very serious and I was in the hospital for days as my organs were beginning to shut down. During that time I did not take the medication as my heart was also showing signs of stress. I made an appointment for a couple weeks after I was out of the hospital. This appointment was 3 months after my last appointment. Normally I was going every 8 weeks or so. During my appointment I learned that I had to take the 2 hour class again and that they could not ween me off. I was lied to and told that this drug has no lasting effect, and that cutting it off "cold turkey" is not harmful and would not result in my extreme exhaustion. I researched this drug greatly before and during taking it, I am also a health professional and have studied medications. I know there were side effects to this drug and being tired was one of the possibilities that I was experiencing. The exhaustion was so bad that I would nod off while driving after 15 minutes (this has never happened before), fall asleep sitting up and be working and begin to nod off... even with 8 hours of sleep. Due to my weight remaining the same and it being 3 months they would not allow me to ween off. When I say "they" I am referring to Rami. I was told by the receptionists who answer the phones that you do not have to go to another meeting unless you have not been seen in 4 months. So the miscommunication and paperwork that, yes I signed, the assistants would tell me that since I am taking less medication and not asking for more that we could do things different. They still wanted me to sign the same paperwork though. I know I should have not signed it or I guess should have followed the program, but taking more medication than I needed so I fit the paperwork??? So after discussing this in detail with my nurse/assistant she spoke to Rami (a female "doctor"). -By the way most of your appointments you do not actually see a doctor at all.

My assistant was very kind and came back and repeated what she has said prior and let me know that my appointment was 1 day past due and that if I would have been there the day before this wouldn't be an issue. Yes, I explained that I had been in the hospital. I am also confused as to why this did not come up as a flag on my account so someone would tell me to schedule earlier. I was out out of the hospital a week or so before I went for the appointment resting at home... I could have made it a day or so earlier. I again asked for a doctor to come in and explain this to me. I was hoping that if I explained my situation and if they understood that I just wanted to ween off and not continue the program that it would be no big deal. Rami came in and was horribly rude from the start, as if I was bothering her. This is her job. She explained the above and told me I needed to go to the meeting and that there are no lasting side effects and firmly stated that I must be tires from other causes and that this medication does not have an effect on that. This is a complete lie. I mean they even advertise it as providing an energy boost, so of course there is a possibility when removing the medication of energy loss. And this was serious for me. I was having to park at rest stops and take a nap several times a week when the trips were only 45 minutes. I was terrified of falling asleep and wrecking into someone. I expressed this to her. She again told me I needed to go to the 2 hour meeting which just started and discussed some [redacted] 3 month rules. She could not give me a reason as to why someone didn't let me know I needed to come a day earlier or why I had been told that I have 4 months until I have to attend the meeting. Rami's arms were crossed she stood by the door, interrupting me, talking to me like I was uneducated. I finally asked how long the meeting would last and she said it doesn't have to be the 2 hours and that I would only need to be in the meeting for around 15 minutes. I said said something like, "Oh, I have been saying 2 hours this whole time, 15 minutes I can do". I even laughed to lighten the mood. That was when Rami looked at her watch and said, "Look at that. It's too late for you to join now". I said, "what"? And she said that if I had listened to her when she first told the nurse that I wouldn't have this problem. How insulting! There is no reason to treat anyone like that. And 10 to 15 minutes of the fiasco was waiting on Rami or the nurse to play messenger between us. Her tone, body language and insults were too much. I asked to speak to someone else and she said everyone else was busy. I walked out and left.
3. Once outside I relaxed for a minute and called Figure Weight Loss and explained the situation and they said that the office manager would call me in a couple of minutes. I asked how long that would be and the receptionist said it shouldn't be more that 15 minutes. I informed the receptionist that I was waiting in the area before I drove the 1.5 hours home. I was hoping to resolve this without an additional trip. After an hour of no call, I called back. The receptionist said sorry the office manager was busy and would call me back in a couple of minutes. I asked if she was sure since I hear this before. Almost 2 hours from my first call I received a call back from the office manager who said that Dr. W[redacted] (not sure if I am spelling that correctly, he is the lead doctor) would call me. I believe she said he would call in 2 days because he was not in the next day. So after waiting for a phone call for 2 hours I drove home. I never received a call from Dr. W and called a few days later. They said my chart was on his desk and they would let him know I called. I felt like my chart being on his desk as a good sign. However, I had to call back 2 more times over a 2 week period to NEVER receive a call from Dr. W or anyone. Finally, I spoke to someone ( I wish I could remember) she pretty much explained that they were not planning on dealing with me any further and that I left of my own free will and they did nothing wrong. I again asked for Dr. W to call and she became even more harsh. I believe this was the office manager but I cannot remember for sure and do not want to say for sure. The situation lasted for weeks. The only people who apologized were the receptionists and the assistant who was going between Rami and myself. The receptionists and assistants were always so lovely and personable they were not the ones who should apologize. Also, I received several calls during and after the weeks dealing with this issue to reschedule my appointment and that it has been 4 months since I have been back. I asked why they were calling me when the situation was not resolved. The receptionists were calling me to restart the program (they do this for everyone) but for some reason the actual supervisors could not??? One receptionist even checked and my file had still been on the Doctor's desk weeks later.... I guess just collecting dust.
4. My issues are not as much the [redacted] rule and that I was there a day late, although, yes that bothered me. My issues were the lack of respect and professionalism. There was never anyone who got my side of the story, they didn't care. They are there only to make money. Adipex is actually a very harmful drug, which is why I heavily researched it and kept up to date. Programs sure as the one Figure Weight Loss provides is banned in many states. They did not have concern for my health and exhaustion. They didn't take into consideration anything or help explain things to me. They were short and demeaning. Rami lied about the drug and the side effects. I mean why would they have a ween off schedule if as she claimed there is not need to ween off? Rami said they do that as a service to their patients... well why, if you claim it's not needed. It would have been a huge deal to a lot of people if I fell asleep at the wheel. I was not calling to harass anyone or get Rami fired. I wanted to resolve the situation not draw it our even further. They are going to get good ratings. Adipex is an easy fix to lose weight without the work. People are going to put up with a lot to get a "magic" pill. It is easy to be courteous and polite to people and it's free to do. I will not go back and the problem which started with Rami lead to my realization that the supervisors at this facility do not truly care about their clients. Thank you for reading.

I do have former members who tell me they gained the weight back as soon as they went off the medication. I have lost and gained in the past and you honestly have to make this a lifestyle change to keep the weight off.
