I had a part installed in my car roughly months ago which has year waranteeThey had previously done the same thing, installed a part that defected after only 6monthSThey came and replaced the part under waranteeWell now even thathat replaced part has now also burned out within the year warantee and now when I try to get ahold of the company they respond with "We are unable to service individuals at the moment, only fleets of cars"
This is a silly practice to make a repair that breaks and then of that part breaks at a time they are too busy they won't make the repair at all? I suspect they are waiting to make the repair once the warantee is up so I have come to you guys to expedite the situation before my warantee runs out and they are no longer legally obligated
And yes, I have had a mechanic come and prove to me the part that was installed is the only part that had broken down and therefore I am car-less until they come and make this repairAnother situation that I sho
