Our company takes full responsibility for the homeowner's issue with her guttersThe claims specialist mentioned did not last long with our company and has long since been well removedWe apologize for any inconvenience to our homeowner
When this matter came to my attention, I called the homeowner right away and was at her house within about 1/hourThen immediately, I called our gutter specialists and they were at the house about hours later and made the proper adjustments immediately and installed new over sized downspoutsWhile performing the work, we noticed debris in some of the gutters & downspouts so we checked and cleaned all of themThe homeowner, who I very much enjoyed meeting, seemed very pleased with our work and response time and we both presided over the ongoing work togetherWe are both now anxiously awaiting a heavy rain storm to see the improvements madeI am 100% confident the homeowner is now satisfied and always will be satisfied with our company

I've had nothing but excellent service from Fiji Construction I really needed a new roof! The metal roof ridge caps and a few shingles had blown off in heavy wind and rain, I had my insurance company send an adjuster out for an inspection They told me to nail down the ridge caps and said that only a few shingles had come off One year later heavy torrential rain came through and left water damage to interior walls I had a local roofer meet with the adjuster and I was denied again The roofer insisted that we try a third inspection, but it only resulted in another denial I now just wanted a cash quote The roofer said they would send someone to measure and prepare one for me Several months of follcalls and NO ONE came out!
Thank goodness Charlie happened came by from Fiji Construction, IncWe spoke and he brought Ron the very next day to measure and prepare my quote! Perfect! No hassle! Ron was always available to answer any questions I had In less than two weeks, I have my NEW PERFECT LEAKPROOF ROOF! No mess left behind You would never have known that there was construction that went on around the house The only tell tale was my NEW PERFECT LEAKPROOF ROOF!
My next project will be to put up new windows with Fiji Construction, Inc! I've got Ron on speed dial already!

We have been out to the property several times to address the issue and both the homeowner and ourselves were confident that we had fixed the issue a few years ago. We even painted not only just the beam but the entire wall to go above and
beyond a patch paint job. The leak came back and we came out last year on different occasions to fix the leak even though the work had passed warranty which expired 5/13/2016. It is very unusual to have beam protruding though the interior wallOur company did not install the original roof, windows, gutters, soffit or fascia which the leak could possibly be coming from. After multiple attempts to fix the siding issue that we thought was causing the problem we then repaired a section in the back of the roof that was attached to the wall of the kitchen that was leaking. We did charge the homeowner for the repair because the flashing on the roof was done improperly and we thought that was the cause of the problem. As a company standard we never do repairs on a roof that we didn't install, however to appease the homeowner in this case we made an exception and performed the roofing repair. At this point the winter season was coming and we let the homeowner know when the weather got better we would come back out and address the issue once again. Over the offseason our main computer died and we had to get a new one. If we missed an email we apologize. Our office shuts down in the winter due to the fact that we are an exterior company only. We have an extremely late starting date this year due to the snow that we are still experiencing in April. More snow is expected at the end of the week as well. The office just re opened on Monday April 16th. At this point strangely enough the weather is still too cold to effectively do any repairs. We have come out there several times before to try and fix this uncommon issue and we certainly are willing to come out when the weather gets better. We called the homeowner and left a message on his voicemail and are waiting for him to call us back. From the start by us going out there multiple times we have had and have every intention of fixing this issue

I had my roof, gutters and window wraps replaced by Fiji Construction in November/December It took about a month to finish the entire project due to inclement weather, but I am happy with the overall resultsThe rep I worked with was extremely responsive and they came through on all of their commitmentsI would use them again for another project

We parted ways with a representative from our company. After reestablishing contact with the homeowner the work was scheduled immediately and completed promptly. Homeowner is very pleased with the quality of work.

Kevin (Fiji Sales Manager) came by my house and asked if he could inspect my roof for hail damage. He was so professional I finally said yes. He found damage and helped me file a claim. Insurance company sent an inspector and agreed with Kevin. I was so leery of being scammed that I had Kevin show me jobs they had completed. I went to their office and met their President and their Production Manager. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I agreed to let them replace the roof. I am extremely happy I had them do the work. I have a new roof that will outlast me. They replaced my current vents with a ridge vent and put end caps on the ends of my peaks which were not on my current roof. They replaced the roofs on my sheds and also replaced some rotten wood on one of the sheds. Kevin and the production manager Adam were at the house checking that everything was going fine and that I was happy with the work. The crew was great; did the job in two days and cleaned up after themselves. I did not find any debris after they left. Kevin even came back a day later and did another inspection for debris. They are great contractors and I would highly recommend them.

I had a contract to redo the roof with another company, they neglected us for over 1.5 years so I decided to call Fiji Construction as they did the roof on my neighbor's house. I called Joe from Fiji and he stopped by the same day. By the end of the day I had a very competitive quote and a ton of good advice. By the end of the week I had a new roof! I was completely blown away by the professionalism of this company top to bottom. Joe was available all the time and answered my calls really fast. The crew that did the work was extremely punctual and so considered and neat. The crew members dressed and talked and did everything very professionally. When they left my house you could not tell they were there, except for the roof looking new. Super clean, super efficient. In addition to all of this I was offered flexibility in payments. I am planning to hire Fiji to replace the roof of my new home in the near future. I wouldn't go with anyone else and I highly recommend them to everyone.
