I noticed on my Nov-Dec billing statement with *** card unauthorized charges. When I looked back at my prior Oct-Nov statement the were more charges. I contacted *** to dispute the charges so they closed that credit card and reissued a new one. Since then *** notified me they were adding the charges back after the company provided them with supposed tracking information, a product sheet to justify the charges. The lowest priced item, 1 bottle is $39.95; 2 bottles $89.95 and 7 bottles $199.96. The name of the product is Ancient Ingredients but billing names on my card were ***, ***. I don't even know what products these are so I Googled and none of these names show up attached to any particular parent company. I'm guessing that might be Fiks and Company. In total I was billed $420 in the 2 months and I never received and product either through the mailbox or delivered to the front door. Finally I checked the tracking number they used for ALL deliveries and it was the same number not found on UPS site. I don't see how the same tracking number could be used for different days of shipping. I believe this to be another SCAM company who stole credit card information. I will continue to pursue this with my credit card company.
I have a fraudulent charge from this company on my bank account. I have not contracted for any products with them, and want the $35.98 charge removed.

I have processed a full refund for your order. Since the charges were just authorizations and never finalized, they will just be removed from your card. Please refuse the shipment so the *** will return the product ordered.
You will want to make sure no one has access to your credit card as all information on this order match your personal information, including your name and personal address. Also the IP address from the devise used to place the order match your location.
I apologize for the frustration you have experienced with this order. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

I am rejecting this response because: This order was not placed under my name, address or email address. Two people in customer service for your company could not locate me in your system or locate this order. I did not place this order so the shipment will not be shipped to my address unless you or your employees created an account for me based upon the information I provided your company yesterday. I DID NOT AUTHORIZED YOU OR ANYONE FROM YOUR FRAUDULENT COMPANY TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR ME. Please continue with the cancelation of the fraudulent order but if I receive a package in the mail, I will reopen a *** case to report your company for creating an account based upon a fraudulent order then I believe this would involve mail fraud and become a criminal offense.
