I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
I contacted the support team multiple times in regards to keeping my account active because I was unable to redeem any offers. I was consistently given the same generic answer that I would have to wait, and offers would become available. I attempted to keep my accounts active, however I was stopped by your support team, and given misleading information, resulting in my credits expiring. The situation could've been easily remedied, and credited, but instead your company is intent on stealing a few bucks from loyal users. As of recently you finally made your users agree to your terms and notified them of the change in terms, but when the terms actually changed, there was no such notification. You blindly stole money from unknowing users, as I have seen from the numerous comments on social media. On top of that, you're advising me I should've checked the terms every day, when they hadn't changed in more than 5 years. Your company make over 100 million dollars in revenue from advertising these apps, and getting user information from the downloads, but you blindly steal from the users that make you this money. Your company is fraudulent and instead of actually supporting your customers, you try to confuse your user base with terms and conditions jargon that I'm sure the majority of your users do not understand in the first place. Your user support is a joke, and the only reason you get away with this is mostly because you have a young user base that does not know any better. Regards,
