For one, the focus is on the finish I use, despite providing proof that this problem occurred on pieces that had not been touched with Super Gloss Mod PodgeWhich I have photographic evidence attachedDespite telling Ms *** how long I have been using inkjet shrinky dinks along with the current finish I useIt is being constantly rejected that it's not the material that is defective but the product I use to sealI have used this product over 5-years now and not once have I had a problem, until recentlyI have used their product back to when they only had the finish on one side that you could print on, versus now with both sides you can print onAnd when the problem occurredI even ran back out to my local craft store and picked up another package, and that was fine
Ms*** puts so much focus into the finish and never once asked me what TYPE of printer I use or ink for that matterWhich I use Canon Pixma and Pixma inks, which are archival alcohol based inksThey do not smudge, run, etcSo when I use the finish I prefer to use, it works WONDERFULLYNot one problem, until this one package I received and "tried" to bring it to their attention.
If there are specific finishes they want their buyers to use, then it should be listed in the instructions and not leave one to read countless message boards and test several products in which to find out what finish works best for THEMWhich I have done
I could understand Ms***'s stance if this was the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time I called in blaming their product and not the finish I use and again, if it was not clearly visible that this was an ISSUE before then finish touched the bubbled pieces.
As for talking with Ms*** on the phone, it was onceI have no desire to speak with someone who liesLies about sending product replacement, lies about the product being faulty and still continues to lie when replying to the Revdex.comInstead, when I explained why I hung up on her and showed her again, a photo that I had sent her to show the problem, she then asked me if I still wish to receive product replacementThen told me that using their product in my business is not permitted due to copyright issues and would sent a letter registered mail, to which I refused because it did NOT include replacement product.
I am just discouraged with this company and am appalled at how poorly they treat customersI run my own business and would never dream of treating any of my buyers this wayI want to prove just how much product I have purchased over the past year, but I have wasted too much time with this companyBut I certainly hope trying to be right when clearly they are wrong is worth itAnd I hope I can warn as many people as I can that no matter how much product you buy, no matter how much you support a company's product that you have used since you were a kid, once a problem occurs, this company will NOT support you, instead they will blame you and nit pick everything

It was marked as a free sample with our stamp.  There was an additional Certified Mail letter sent to Ms. [redacted], which has not yet  been claimed. I had attempted to talk to Ms. [redacted] several times and each time she was advised the proper way to use our product she ended the phone call.
 
I have done everything Ms. [redacted] has requested.  If Ms. [redacted] will claim the Certified Letters that were sent to her, I’m sure everything will be taken care of. I have done all I am able to do short of hand carrying replacements to her door. It’s a pity that I was not able to convince Ms. [redacted] that proper use of our product according to our instructions will produce the best result. We encourage customers to contact us when they are not pleased with their result. Ms. [redacted] would not allow me to do that.

The phone number on the shrinky dinks website for K&B Innovations, Inc has been disconnected. I am unable to speak with the owner about faulty product. Providing no functioning email or phone number for customer service is unconscionable.
Despite following directions for using the Rough and Ready shrinky dinks the promised results were not forthcoming. The material did not lay flat, cracked, and despite using a die cutter the outcome was misshapen. I have a deadline for this project that requires shrinky dinks and the 65 items I promised my customer cannot be delivered because of the failure of the K&B Innovations product. DO NOT PURCHASE this product and I wil notify my distributor of the same.

Review: On 5-15-2015 at 4:34pm I, [redacted], ordered a #13 combo plate and a large drink and have the sales receipt showing a charge to my [redacted] totaling $10.27. I did not leave a tip. I signed a receipt for the cashier and DID NOT add a tip. My online checking account statement is showing a charge of $13.27. I know it's only $3, but I wonder how many other customers are overcharged and say nothing because the dollar amount is insignificant.Desired Settlement: $3. Thank you.

False advertising......I ordered a breakfast burrito priced on the menu at $5.75 and I ended up paying $7.30, big jump for just a ham egg and cheese breakfast burrito, we all know that even tax would not bring the price up that much. When asked why the price was different from the advertised price, I was told that it had been changed. I ordered the same thing a week before and the price was reasonable. Are they supposed to change the menu immediately or is it ok to price things as they go? Long story short, I'm on a short lunch break, had no time to debate, so I paid the money and left. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and I just started really paying attention to the different prices on the same items. Their rippoffs, they just lost a good customer.
