I am rejecting this response because: the business owner that wrote this was not at my house. the problem in my panel box was misdiagnosed by the foreman rich. he did change a switch , but that was not the problem . after rich left, I still seen flickering of the 3 lights, and still heard a 'frying' sound coming from the panel .  rich did come back a second time and checked breakers. I had to insist there was something wrong and he was missing something after 20 minutes of speaking to me rudely and in a loud tone. the owner says rich did not do this. how does he know ? he was not here . rich kept telling me there was nothing wrong. I again kept insisting there was something wrong I hear a 'frying' sound like something was burning inside the panel. rich said and I quote 'oh yeah' you are right [redacted] there are a couple of bad breakers that are burning up . why did he not see this the first time he was here? why did he not se this the 2nd time he was here until I kept insisting something was wrong.  rich did change a couple of breakers and the flickering and frying sound stopped. if I was not persistent this could have been a potentially very dangerous situation that this company put my family and I in.

Filippone Electric came out, with super speed, to make the required code repairs to prepare us for a new PECO meter, which had to be replaced. Did a great job, could not be happier!

November 4, 2015Dear [redacted] (Revdex.com),
This letter is in reference to a customer complaint submitted against Filippone Electric Inc. Complaint was submitted on 9/24/2015. ID # [redacted].
I have tried several times to log in online thru the Revdex.com and have unsuccessful....

When logging in there is no bad review for me to see or to be able to respond to.I am reaching out to give you my response. Customer called our company for a flickering of 3 basement lights, in one location of the basement. All other basement lights and all other lights throughout house were working when we arrived to job location. Upon the troubleshooting of the 3 basement lights we opened up the circuit breaker panel, and checked to make sure that all hot wires on the breakers and ground and neutral wires were tight. Upon that inspection noting was loose in the circuit breaker panel. All the correct voltage was there. We checked the switch to the basement lights and changed the switch by installing a new single pole switch. At that time the flickering stopped, we stayed for approximately 20 minutes after the installation of above work to make sure the problem was resolved. At the time we left everything was fine and working.
Approximately 1 hour later customer called and spoke to Rich (the companies foreman) who went right back out to job location within 15 minutes of the call. At that point the customer stated the lights were flickering again. Rich stayed again for 20 minutes to see if any flickering occurred again. There was no evidence of flickering observed by Rich at that time. Rich did advise customer that the panel was older, and had fatigue breakers. Rich changed one breaker at that time to be on the safe side. Told Customer that there were 2 more problematic breakers, they were on 14 gage wire on a 20 amp breaker (that is NOT code). Customer was interested in that at that time.
Rich was nothing but polite to the customer. When customer called for the 3rd time stating the problem Still occurred, Rich stated he was working out of the area and could come at the end of the business day. At that time customer refused and stated that he was getting another electrician.
I don't know what more we could of done to be any more accommodating to this customer.
Thank You,
Alfonso F.

I have been a very happy customer of Mr. Filippone for years. His business has performed excellent electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and concrete work for my home, all to my satisfaction. No job I requested was ever too small, or too large. In addition to the high quality of the work and the competitive pricing, the care with which Mr. Filippone handles all concerns and questions is my favorite part of doing business with him. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Filippone for any house project!
