Knowing it was Memorial Day weekend we did not expect a call quickly about Fill a Pool service. However, we did leave a message on their voice mail which states calls will be returned in the evening. We also sent texts to ###-###-#### on 5/24 again on 5/28 as their website states you can use this as a contact also. Three strikes and they're out. Absolutely no reply to texts or message left on their voice mail.
3 weeks ago I called Fill-a-Pool to set up a fill on May 25th. Spoke to the owner. I explained to him that we have a well and can't use our water. He said he understood but they could not set appointments that far out. He said "call them back the day before the pool would be set up and he would get with the installer to set it up". He said there would be no problems in making this happen. I called a week later just to confrim and spoke to him again, he said the same thing. My husband then called back the following week and left a message. The owners daughter called and spoke to me and said it would be no problem for the 25th. I called her back a few days later to confrim again because it did not seem right that I could not set the appt. she said they don't do that in advance like that to call the 24th. I was told 4 times this would be no problem. They made me feel good about them being here on the 25th. I received a call on May 23rd at 7:10 from owner's daughter asking if we want them here Saturday or Wednesday, I said no Friday like we have talked about the last 3 weeks. She said no she could not do that. I knew we were on the books or she would not have had my number to call me. I was upset and asked to talk to the owner. She said that might not be possible he was in the field. I waited, no call back. I called the morning of the 24th and spoke to the owner. He was so rude and told me people get bumped all the time on a holiday weekend. I said that was not very good customer service to cancel the day before they are to come. He did not even try to make it right. He said sorry don't know what to tell you hope you find someone and hung up on me. I am so upset at the customer service I have received from this company. I did everything I could to make this run smoothly for the last 3 weeks.
