My fault that I do not watch my account more closely.They managed to get 4 months out of me
I found a bill for $49 and wanted to cont this company, they "say" they have live chat but after 7 minutes of waiting (possibly due to complaints) I rang there contact number.
First of all you can't understand there English, I had to spell my name first and last which when talking to any normal English person there is no mistake.
Secondly there was no receipt for the billing of my money so that smacks of deceit and no confirmation that I was a member of this stupid site.
BEWARE........ IT IS A SCAM AND THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS SITE (I have notified the Authorities this end)

Review: Filmzhub.com is a scam. In order to see what movies are available to watch or to download, one must open a five day free trial account. Once the five days are over, it automatically charges your credit card for $49.95! Having not watched or downloaded even a second from this website, I called the customer service for a refund. They refused to refund the $49.95 they chaged my credit card saying that the five day free trial membership automatically converted to a full paying membership ($49.95 per month!) when I did not call them to cancel it within the free trial period. The customer service representative added that it was in the terms and conditions that I agreed (clicked) when I opened the five day free trial membership. What a scam!Big mistake for not reading the fine prints in the terms and conditions! I could not find the T&C but, I found this in an email confirmation of my five day free trial memberhips and it says..."5 Day Trial Details: You are currently signed up to a 5 Day Premium download Trial (Expires In 5 Days). If you are satisfied with filmzhub.com, your membership will automatically renew at $49.95 per month after your trial expires. You can easily switch to a Regular membership at any time during your trial by visiting http://filmzhub.com or by calling us at +00 [redacted]"Well, it say if you are satisfied with filmzhub.com bla bla bla... I am not satisfied, in fact I am totally disatisfied and disgusted with its crooked business practice that rips consumers off so the membership should not have automatically renewed at whopping $49.95 per month.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund of $49.95 that was charged to my credit card. Thank you.

Review: The company has a free 5 day trial period but said nothing about charging after that. Then I get a charge for 49.95 and didn't know until I got my credit card statement. Never even used their service.Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card account.

Review: Through their use of www.flix123.com the company promises a 5 day free trial of their service to purchase video's via media or streaming online. The conditions are that you provide an email address and credit card information, they email you a password at which point you are supposed to have an id and password to try their services for free for 5 days. If you cancel within those 5 days no charge is to be incurred against your credit card. I signed up (per the confirmation they sent me) Purchase date: 2013-12-04 12:30:37. I received this confirmation, however I never received a password. The mechanism to cancel the account was to log in using your email and the password they sent you, go to "your account" page and click cancel subscription. I couldn't do this since I didn't have a password (and I checked my junk folder daily for it) because it was never sent. I called them at the number provided on the confirmation email at 1-800-282-9704. The automated system didn't recognize me (they ask you to enter the credit card number you signed up with to identify you), so I selected billing issue and got through to a Customer Service agent on 12/7/2013. The CSR said I was not in their system so there was nothing to worry about cancelling as the transaction apparently failed so I didn't need to worry about getting charged for the service. However my credit card was charged: 01/09/2014 FLIX123.COM $49.95

They stated when contacted that I was sent the password but when asked also stated they could not confirm that I ever logged on, or that their records indicated any transactions on "my account" at all. But since I didn't cancel the account within the 5 days (which I had attempted but they said I had no account to cancel as stated in the problem) they could not refund me my money as they had a no refund policy. I never used their service, and made a good faith effort to cancel an account that they said didn't exist and that I wouldn't be charged for. Given I never even logged on much less purchased anything it is quite obvious I a) had no idea I had an active account and b) had no intention of using the service, or did use the service so should not be billed anything for this. Even after steeling my money and acknowledging I never used their service they wouldn't provide me a confirmation that my account was cancelled when I got a live person on the phone and they cancelled the account without a subscription (based on my internet account [email protected] as the user ID and account identifier). Their website states that upon cancellation that an email will be sent confirming cancellation, but the CSR said I would not be receiving one, all they could do was give me a cancellation number which they provided. But I obviously am not confident that further fraudulent charges will not be made to my credit card based on their shady behavior to date. I got nothing and think it is fair that I am not charged anything, but they will not refund me the $49.95 they charged me. As a result I'm coming to you to help them conform to ethical business practice and refund me the money they charged.Desired Settlement: I would like you to contact this company and force them to refund me what is rightfully mine and refund the $49.95 billed to my credit card.
