The seller has again misrepresented the product in his response to the Revdex.com I have attached a copy of the advertisement located on Amazon.com The product only displays the following title advertising the product was made by Hayward: PACK - Hayward CX870RE Quad Pack Cartridge Filter C-7487- Here is the order confirmation with Amazon Since my Revdex.com complaint they have changed their listing to Pack Guardian Filters, and claim them to be OEM replacements I just spoke to Tech Support at Hayward and they only endorse Unicel and Pleatco as authorized Hayward replacements OEM I specifically asked about Guardian and he said it is not an authorized replacementThe other email attachment I sent shows the full description in the title At the moment, I cannot find any paperwork from filterdeal I'll try to get a complete listing from AmazonThanks again for all of your help, [redacted]

I ordered PACK - Hayward CX870RE Quad Pack Cartridges from Filterdeal Outlet through Amazon.com The filters were advertised as Hayward brand but what arrived was generic It took all summer to figure out that the problems I was having with my Hayward Pump were not caused by a problem with the pump, but the filters from Filterdeal I filed for a full refund but Filterdeal denied the request since it was outside their day policy

Flimsy filter nowhere near the quality and "heftiness" of OEM brand. Thinner-feeling paper filter part. From the look and feel, this lifespan will be much shorter than expected. They say same as OEM, DONT BELIEVE IT. Poor delivery service. They were unable to honor their guaranteed delivery date. Why promise something you can't back up. Lousy customer service. Don't buy from them, they don't deserve your business.

Review: I ordered 4 PACK - Hayward CX870RE Quad Pack Cartridges from Filterdeal Outlet through Amazon.com. The filters were advertised as Hayward brand but what arrived was generic. It took all summer to figure out that the problems I was having with my Hayward Pump were not caused by a problem with the pump, but the filters from Filterdeal. I filed for a full refund but Filterdeal denied the request since it was outside their 30 day policy.Desired Settlement: Filterdeal is deceiving it's customers by false advertising. They need to label their product as a generic replacement. Since they committed false advertising, I deserve a full refund.
