I placed two orders with Stella Rae's on 5/ I received my orders on 5/unfortunately I returned all but item the same day 5/ When I went into the store to do my return I was advised that the "system was down" and they would send my order to the local warehouse for the refund to be processed The employee advised me I should see my refund back onto my debit card within 3-business days
On 5/I sent and email to ***@stellaraes.com inquiring about my refundThey replied with; The last two weeks have been extremely busy for usThe returns and refunds have to be approved by our owner, who has had an unbelievable scheduleAs soon as she has time to review them, she will be the one to carry out the processRefunds typically take up to two weeks to be finalized."
