Long Supply recently acquired All Kinds of Filters and Filters LifeWe were under the assumption and leveraging the good faith of the previous owners to have completed all previous orders and refunds prior to the close of the businessIt was not until 11/we uncovered over 600+ email from customers who either did not receive their orders or were not refunded the money owed to them. We are personally calling each impacted customer to verify the order, confirm if they have/have not received their refund and working with them to either a) send out the filter they ordered or b) refund in full their purchase.This is not how Long Supply does business and working to solve all issues as soon as possible.Jason A***

Filter4life did refund (finally) the money I requested to my Pay Pal accountI still would not deal with this company ever againCompanies who take your money but never deliver the goods you buy are not a company anyone should deal withAs far as I am concerned, they should have a "F" rating

We are new owners of business as of 10/3/2015, I sent email with some questions, then I will research problem with former owners.
