The units were purchased and installed over years ago The warranty as stated in the signed contract is one year The problem with her unit is not an installation issue As a courtesy to her we attempted to correct her problem If the issue is a manufacturing issue she should contact the manufacturer We are only the installers

As stated the unit is out warranty. It was not and is no longer our responsibility to service this unit. As a courtesy we tried to correct her problem. The problem is not with our installation but with the unit itself. We are not the manufacturer of this unit and she should speak to either the manufacturer or the manufacturers representative

 The service they provided was faulty. After they serviced the unit - it still leaked. I contacted them multiple times over several months and they did not try to help me as stated. I had spoke to Perry on 10/* and he was going to call gil-bar and call me back. I did not hear back. I called yesterday and he said he called but had no information for me. He had no record of anyone he had spoken to. He told me I needed to call. I spoke to Derrick there and he said there was no record of any call from Filtrite. This had also happened when he told me he would call Kent at International. He said he called and never did. Perry has lied to me multiple times, not followed up as promised and the repair work that his company provided was faulty and resulted in damage that led to needing to replace an entire floor. The service provided led to further problems - so this is related to the workmanship conducted by this company.Also, as stated, they did not try to contact the manufacturer on my behalf - they said they would - but failed to do so. The statements provided by Filtrite do not match with what transpired. While the unit may be out of warranty - the company should stand by the repair work that they undertook that failed to fix the problem and caused further damage.
