I had a few after market lights installed on my 2012 Nissan Maxima in December 2012. It was a mess dealing with this company. I purchased fog lights, LED sideview mirrors, spoiler w/ lights. On the receipt, it states "wire foglight w/ switch." The installation was scheduled for a Saturday & my daughter & I went to the Raleigh store and went to [redacted] Mall to shop while the work was done. I had called two times prior to our appointment to make sure they knew how to install these items and make sure it was a good day for this work to be performed as I work out of town & can't get there during the week. I was assured they knew what they were doing & the second time I called, [redacted], the store manager said, "Ms [redacted] this is what we do. We are the experts." It was a mess from the beginning. They were overbooked that day. I was asked if I could reschedule for another day. When I explained I could not & reminded them how many times I had called..... We went shopping & returned about 3:00. They were not finished & said it would be just a few minutes. They ran late, the store was closing, it was dark & raining when they brought my keys out. I walked around the car & the sideview mirror lights were not working. The employees were so rude by this point & frustrated. I paid the bill, arranged another appointment to have the mirrors wired & left really upset. Two days later, the fog lights quit working. I went back the next week to have the mirror lights wired & told them the foglights did not work. The manager, [redacted] told me it was a blown fuse. Two weeks later, the fog lights stopped working again. I went back & [redacted] was actually ugly to me. I told him the foglights never really worked right & asked him to show me the wiring & fuse in case I could change it. I told him I was sure it was more than a blown fuse. He begrudgingly had the repair made. He was so ugly to me, I swore I'd never go back to get treated that disrespectfully again. Of course, the foglights stopped working, so I just left them not working. Slowly, the electrical system started shutting down & systems were not working. I couldn't make the connection. Two years, & $4000 later, I had to replace 3 wiring harnesses in the Maxima due to faulty wiring & wires left bare! One of the fuses had melted & I am very grateful it didn't burn the car. I posted a review on [redacted] & [redacted], the owner called me on a Sunday morning at 10:15 a.m. to ask me to take the review down. His words were, "I am a man of integrity & my religion does not permit me to leave a customer not taken care of. Why did you not come back Ms [redacted] I explained I came back 2 times & was treated so rudely, I left upset. He got very rude & shouted on the phone & intimidated me. I took the [redacted] review off because I was very afraid. He promised to take care of any expenses. I sent him all the bills I had & he has stopped all communications. I am currently collecting my phone records to show my efforts in trying to rectify the situation early on. I will submit a complaint when I have these records all collected. The last & largest repair bill from [redacted] of [redacted] stated clearly the electrical problems were due to faulty wiring and bare wires from the foglights, mirrors & spoiler. I will most likely file a small claims lawsuit. It's a shame it cost me so much, he was so hateful & scary to me & claimed his religion to do the right thing. Poor, poor customer service. I still have the burnt wiring harnesses & melted fuses, and all the other parts that went wrong. It set me back quite a bit financially. I will file a complaint & hopefully, this will not happen to any other honest, hard working, single women. The coworker that recommended him is so embarrassed by such poor service & unfinished wiring job. Their sons played soccer together and know one another from school. I didn't have brake lights when one system shut down. It was crazy. I have tried in good faith to work out & get any help.
