Our staff here at Final Touch Auto Body take complaints to the Revdex.com very seriouslyWe have held a meeting regarding Lavern Justino's claim and came to the conclusion that multiple
members of our staff here did all they could to accommodate her needs hereShe was not coursed to chose our shop for her repairsWe provide a contract to all our clients which states we have days to complete repairs to the vehicleWe have records that we called the client multiple times to bring or remove the rim locksOur professionals here were able to remove the lock without damage and locks were in working order when the car was releasedWe tried to work with the insurance company to extend her rental and when our first attempt was unsuccessful she became aggressive and put her hands on the owner's faceWe expedited her vehicle repairs, she then wanted to leave with her car without paying repairsWe Guarantee all repairs cor responding to the auto claimShe returned to the shop several times making physical threats claiming that we gave her back her car without her radiator! If there was any real claim to this complaint we would be in court and held liable under the lawAll her repairs pertaining to her claim were completedAnd lastly, It is the clients responsibility to pay their insurance deductible

The statement made by Final Touch Autobody & Collision are falseThis is the first step I'm taking to against the company and civil suit followsTheir way of responding is to accuse me of putting my hand in the owners face which is falseThe business is equipped with cameras inside and outside even the street could be seen from the monitor in the officeYes I got upset and raised my voice when the company wasn't repairing my car in a timely fashion as I was informed by my insurance agentRental run out on 11/20/and I'm car was still now ready and that's thirty days11/** after work I went by the shop unannounced and when Gio saw me, he claims he was just going to call me to ask me to come and pick up the car tomorrow Saturday 11/**I asked him who was going to pay for the extra day for the rental and he states that "if he has to pay for the extra days that I have the rental because like he told me from day one I will not be left on foot" due to the fact that I told Gio from day one I need a car to move around due to my job with the cityEverything was find between Gio & I until the day they force my rim lock off after Diane call & I said I was on my way be there in 10-minsOn 11/** when I was able to get my car it still was being worked onAnd here comes Anthony again "did you sign the papers"I said no the car is still being worked on Anthony even wrote profanity on my folder stating "*** that" indecating that I now have to pay full deductibleWhen I saw it Gio told me Anthony wrote that on my folderAnd I a court of law I'm will to take a lie-detector test to prove my case

Thank you for responding.  We are looking forward to clearing this matter up in court between [redacted] and Final Touch as well.  I had no idea that anyone from off the street can use Final Touch's letterhead/contract to make a "legal" agreement.  If this is a new business practice, we are eagerly looking forward to see what the judge says in civil court about it.  We may even learn something new.Again, thank you for your response.

Dear [redacted],My husband and I understand what you are telling us, but we can't accept it.  Maybe [redacted] scammed you like it seems they have scammed us but [redacted], who approached my husband, me, and my brother on January **, 2015, recommended Final Touch's car repair services to us.  My husband, at the time, worked down the block from your auto repair shop so we both thought this was a good idea.  [redacted] had one of the workers either of your shop or [redacted] drive the car onto your property.  We watched him do this even though [redacted], an employee of yours says our car was never on your property, that simply is not true.  [redacted] was not there on January **, 2015.  But my husband and I, as well as my brother were all there.  [redacted] walked us up a steep flight of stairs into the auto repair shop's office, gave us the attached document which is the Final Touch contract, told us that he works for Final Touch and will be part owner of it very soon so he will make sure we are taken care of.  Sure, none of this was true.  We know this now, but at the same time, if [redacted] never worked for Final Touch, how did he have so much access to the office, the paperwork, and everything else.  None of the workers seemed to have looked at [redacted] as being out of place making a business transaction with us in the office. The worker who drove our car the few feet to your repair shop was also in the office with me, my husband [redacted] and my brother.  We have contacted [redacted] and he denies ever saying or doing any of this.  He never performed any towing services of our car to Final Touch or any repair shop because our car was able to be drive to Final Touch's property.  We all saw this with our very own eyes.  He is a liar and we know that now.  But we still have the contract he gave us representing your company and that's one of the things we have as evidence of what happened on January **, 2015.  We also have a claim with the Revdex.com against [redacted]s well.
All of this is an inconvenience for all parties involved, including yourself.  But we didn't cause this inconvenience.  We are just trying to get our property back from being held hostage for $3000+ in a storage yard we never knew it was being sent to.  I guess that's where [redacted] performed his towing services on our car--right into some storage yard while having us think it's with Final Touch. We signed the towing services contract under the impression that this would only take effect if there was a problem with NYC accepting liability.  There was no problem with NYC accepting full liability.  They were just waiting for a written estimate to be submitted where they would either write out a check or send their own adjuster if they didn't agree with the estimate. We have the paperwork from NYC to prove this and my husband went down to NYC twice to try to explain what the hold up is and talked to Bruce Vogel who works in the Comptroller's office. This is turning into something very ugly and it never had to be.  But we couldn't get cooperation out of anyone.  I personally spoke to [redacted] the adjuster, and [redacted].  During my phone conversation with [redacted], he admitted to knowing about our 2003 Gold Jeep Liberty and said we had to wait for their adjuster (not NYC's adjuster), to come in.  I spoke to [redacted] and he told me the same thing.  Then he told my husband that we had to fork over a large amount of money in order to get our car out of the storage yard.  Meanwhile, we were under the impression that [redacted] also worked for Final Touch because no one told us anything any differently in the beginning.  But between numerous phone calls between my husband, myself, [redacted], someone named [redacted] and someone named [redacted], maybe?), we got nothing out of anyone--not even a simple written estimate which we thought we would get once NYC accepted liability.  So, [redacted], even though Final Touch may not be directly involved or may not be the guilty party, it seems like at least one of your employees ([redacted]) knew about our car from his admittance over the phone.  [redacted] told my husband one thing and told me something else.
So this is the situation.  A contract with Final Touch's letterhead on it was signed on Final Touch's property while our car was driven, not towed, onto Final Touch's property and all of this happened on January **, 2015.  If [redacted] removed our car that same day from off of your property, we don't know.  But it was removed from your property without our knowledge or full consent.  So your property seems to have been used for unethical possibly illegal purposes.  I'm really sorry about that.  But Final Touch's contract is one of the pieces of evidences we have and will have to use to prove our innocence in this whole case.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: Final Touch Autobody & Collision on [redacted] the [redacted] is neglecting to provide an estimate to my husband and I since January **, 2015, the date our car was hit by a NYC sanitation truck. We filed a claim with NYC and a letter of acknowledgement dated February **, 2015 as well as a letter dated February **, 2015 requesting an estimate from Final Touch was mailed to us from NYC. Final touch refuses to provide the estimate and has been giving us the runaround since January and have been holding our car hostage demanding $3,000 in storage fees before anything is done with the car. We were approached by Final Touch a few hours after the accident because the car was not able to be driven and we watched them take it to their autobody shop and was told an estimate would be provided. Nothing was provided since January. Final Touch is running a fraudulent business and should be investigated.Desired Settlement: An estimate provided to either my husband and I or sent directly to NYC and the storage fees dropped because the contract states this:"A storage charge of 70 dollars per day will begin the day after you are notified the repair is complete on your vehicle."No estimate was ever provided to me or my husband, and no repair work was ever started on our car. Our car is still in their storage yard (we were never informed until recently)collecting $70 each day. We also need access to our car.
