Final Touch Coach Works

Trailer roof repaired in December 2013. The roof repair has failed and the company refuses to fix it under warranty.The original roof repair was completed December 19, 2013 on Final Touch Coach Works invoice number 1505. In April 2015 I noticed the roof was sagging in the area repaired so I took it back to Final Touch so they could inspect it. They admitted that the repair didn't hold and that it had to be repaired again. But then they said they would not repair it again because they feel it is a manufacturer defect in the manufacturers design. I contacted Starcraft, the manufacturer of the trailer which is a 2008 Starcraft Star Stream 24RBH travel trailer. Stracraft claims they have had no other complaints about this model's roof structure and denies this sagging was caused by a design error.Desired SettlementI want the roof repaired correctly so that I can use the trailer again without fear of the roof collapsing. I cannot store the trailer outside because when it rains the water collects on the sagging portion of the roof. The weight of water on the roof has already pulled the rubber roof covering back on the side of the coach.
