First, I am satisfied with the final product I am happy with my deck and I believe that it was constructed with sound materials and it has met the code regulations for my area The local building inspector even commented that it was sturdier than most he has seen That said, I want to comment about the professionalism of the owner, Jason, and his crew Here I have to say is where this company falls short The first misstep in our relationship with this company was when I called both the utilities dig number and my municipality's permit office to find that neither had been contacted prior to work starting on our deck This is in contrast to what I was told me This is not professional Second, when Jason and his crew began work, they did not do me the courtesy of letting me even know they were on my property by knocking on my door Instead, I had to go out and talk to him That just seems unprofessional Lastly, delays occurred when materials were not purchased in advance
