*** *** Field Supervisor at Final Touch Decorating viewed Final Touch Decorating poor workmanship Monday June 9, of the four plaster smears the largest and most noticeable measuring inch x inches at the edge of the shower areaThere is a inch visible line in the shower areaThis is all from the Final Touch Decorating workThis is not bubbling it is plaster smears
*** relayed, "We can scrape the loose paint, prime the area with kilz, patch and repaint ceiling." I inquired if this will continue to become visible and he said, "I don't think it will if it does we will come back and fix it"He added later, "...the primer we are using should take care of it"He asked if I wanted this fixed and I said, "yes"
I told *** ***'s estimate $was contingent for the entire bathroom ceiling not just inches x inches ceiling in the shower areaI would not have paid $for only this areaHe led me to believe this was being doneThis was clearly relayed to him prior to work in two separate e-mails February 22nd and 25th and when he came to give an estimate the morning of February 25thI'm expecting $return monies from Final Touch Decorating about being misled, how *** measured the main area of the bathroom and the shower area and I sent two e-mails and verbally relayed at time of estimate stating what I wanted doneThe insurance company approved $for the main bathroom area and the shower area to have repaired so ***'s $estimate was close
Leonel said, "I will talk to *** about that." He goes on to say, "I will ask him to do whatever it takes so that you are happy and give back money."
Leonel inquired if the entire bathroom was painted and I gave him the two paint cans which felt full and he acknowledged the weight of the cans
Leonel ended with saying, "we will contact you on when it best to come out and fix it"By Friday June 20th I'd not heard from anyone at Final Touch Decorating so sent a follow up message to Leonel stating, ***
Monday June 9th when you came and viewed the poor workmanship from Final Touch Decorating you relayed you'd be in touch to schedule and repairI've not heard from you since June 9thYou also mentioned talking to *** about the monies owed to me since work had not been done/misled to me
