In April we bought an AC unit from Finan Home ServicesI was told installation & the removal of the old unit was part of the total price of *** We are paying in monthly installmentsThe AC unit also included a year warranty
In August water started to drip from our celling into our kitchen and stairs (AC unit is installed in our attic)We called the business and a technician was sent outThe technician told us the issue was the filter and the fan, but when we received our paper copy only the dirty filter was listed
In June the AC unit stared to drip againWe called customer serviceThey said they would not fix the issue as we did not pay for the last technicianWe were never sent a bill for the amount and it should have been covered by our warranty
The customer service rep said they would not send anyone out until I provided my credit card informationI gave my credit card information and was told a technician would be sent out the same day

I booked a furnace/ac maintenance check in mid Oct for Nov (earliest they could do) On Nov they called to say they couldn't fit me in and they would like to re-schedule to Nov I took time on these days to get maintenance done On Nov 19, I received a phone call again saying they could not fit me in They are the ones who gave date of Nov 19! I was told someone could be out later in the week....how do I trust them at this point?
If they can't provide the service say so up frontDo not leave customers hanging for over a month
