Was promised a $referral fee to be given to a person that had previously purchased a car there and referred me
I purchased a vehicle on 10/8/16, at that time I advised ** in the finance department that I was referred to them by my brother who had purchased a car from them in order for him to receive a $referral fee as advertised They were able to locate him in their system and told me they would have his check ready in days When he went to claim the check he was told that ** did not enter his name in as the referral That evening, ** entered my brothers name into my account but because it was days later they are claiming they are unable to pay the referral fee because it was done after the fact I have spoken to *** the manager, ** and *** regarding the issue and have been given the run around When I asked to speak to the owner *** (***) I was told he was not the owner When I spoke to **, he was very rude and unprofessional This was a mistake on thei

I bought a car from finace auto sales for $10,after signing the agreement they added a extra $5,without my knowledge or authorization when I thought the car was being closed to being payed off I asked for a print out to see my balance and that's when I realized they added that $5,and they told me it was because they financed me and I have to pay them that amount because they are a in home finance I was misled because it wasn't in the agreement I realized I had to pay that extra amount of $5,after and they didn't explain anything about it to me

I was shopping for a vehicle because my previous car was a total lost, after shopping around at different dealership I decided to visit Financial auto sale located in Hawthorne CaliforniaAfter arriving one of the sales Representative showed me different vehicles that I may be interested in purchasing, one of the questions I asked the representative was "do you report to the credit Bureaus" the representative answered "yes" so after I looked around a bit longer I decided on a vehicle that I was most interested in purchasing, after I was taken to one of the cubical to sit with another representative to process the auto loan application after Pulling my credit report and the terms giving to me for the auto loan I told the representative who processed my application that I didn't like the terms and I no longer wanted the vehicleThe representative brought the manager over to speak to me to see if he can change my decision not to purchase
