Dear Revdex.com, we have a conversation and all documents to prove what mentioned below : There is no refund will be given based on the signed agreement and *** should honor her request as we made the booking and paid it for her , but after that she decided to change her booking to a different dates and we informed her that the request was rejected due to sending this request in a deadline , then she asked for a refund while it was fully paid already and we couldn't get any refund back per signed agreement . [redacted], just to clarify , you must understand that we are not refunding you any difference for the booking since this rate is only for Travel Agencies that books like 10000 rooms per week and it’s not an individual rate as mentioned in our telephone conversation , the invoice provided to...

you was the wholesalers invoice and it was provided to you by mistake . The hotel doesn't sell this rate to individuals , the approved credit will be removed due to this kind of complaint . Thank youAdam G[redacted]

agency and we never said we are the official housing or affiliated with the official housing and we never included anything related to the convention centers such as pictures , signatures ..etc and we actually accept hotel reservation for any kind of reservations not only trade shows  if you go online and check a famous website like [redacted]  you will find an advertising saying : Search hotels near Las Vegas Convention Center / Featured hotels near Las Vegas Convention Center  as the following  link [redacted]That doesn’t make them  the official housing corporation for any conference as the end they are just a travel agency !!  That’s exactly what we do , we inform our customer that we are accepting hotel reservation near to the convention centers and we provide them with the room rate and if they accepted that then we make the reservation for them , also note in all our documents we never mentioned that we are the official housing corporation for a conference .We hope that you understand the whole situation now .Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance!Best regards,Adam G[redacted]Customer Relations LeadGlobal Housing Corp

The booking have a deadline as per agreement and brandi requested the change in a deadline , when she knew that the change won't happen she started insulting us with bad words verbally and written in the emails .We have all documents and emails to prove the charges . Thank youAdam G[redacted]

 There was no signed agreement. I did not sign anything for this reservation. I had a previous reservation that I did in fact complete contract and signed the contract, and did authorize my credit card. This specific reservation however I did not. This company is dishonest and a fraud. They used my credit card from a previous reservation without my consent verbally or in writing as I refused to sign the agreement for the Houston Alott stay. There is no signed contract and he is lying.

 Global Housing continues to insist that our company use them in the future in order to exhaust...

monies already collected by them. We cannot accept that as a remedy because we will never do business with them again. We simply require a refund and then our dealings with them can be final. Adam G[redacted] and Stave M[redacted] at Global Housing have been unwilling to refund our deposit despite the contract stating that no penalties would be accessed if we cancelled or changed plans up to two weeks prior to our intended booking. We are well within our limits as the conventions is in February of 2017.

Our company participates in numerous events and books hotels for our staff all around the world and we have never run into these types of issues.  We are not out to just cancel the reservation and get a refund, in fact we have actually re-booked a reservation at the same home hotel.  Our concern is that we do not trust GHC and feel they failed to deliver.Adam G[redacted] is correct that we did not provide attendee names at the time of our reservation 2/**/16.  This is because we did not know who would be going to the event in September.  However we assumed the reservations would be held under our company name, which is standard.  My employee thought it was very strange GHC didnt provide us with confirmation numbers at the time of the reservation but didnt think to press them.  It wasn't until I got involved this month and thought it was suspicious and looked GHC up and saw they had a negative reputation that I asked my employee to contact them immediately to get a confirmation number that we could confirm with the actual hotel.  She sent them an email requesting the confirmation numbers and provided them with three names on [redacted].  On [redacted] she received back a "travel itinerary" document but no confirmation numbers.  When I called to ask for them, Adam G[redacted] told me the confirmation numbers were just the last name and reservation date.  I called the hotel and spoke to Gloria who looked up the names, check for our company name and informed us there was nothing on file.  I called back to Adam G[redacted] again and he then magically sent us an email with confirmation numbers., which I dont understand why he didnt just give them to me when we asked the first TWO times.  I called the hotel and spoke with Robert who pulled those numbers up and told me they were in different names.  One a "Woo and another a "JUNG" which again I felt was very strange.  Robert put me on hold and got the hotel reservation manager, Nickolas and he reviewed the reservation and agreed that there was nothing in the reservation with our company name or indicating the reservation would be associated to us.  Essentially had we shown up, we wouldnt of had rooms.  I also told the manager that GHC was requiring that we pay for our total stay at the hotel in ADVANCE of our arrival and the hotel manager said that was "not normal" and he felt the company was very suspicious.  At this point we were very concerned.  What would stop GHC from changing or cancelling the reservation after we paid for the total OR what assurance did we have that if we paid GHC the total amount, that they would pay the hotel?  With all of this uncertaintly and having been on the phone for over 4 hours sturuggling to simply get the reservation confirmation numbers confirmed by the hotel, we had lost all trust in GHC and were extremely concerned of doing any type of business with them.  GHC is referencing a lot of names of people they spoke with at the hotel, but we also spoke with people there, including the manager.  We are not cancelling our trip, we are not just looking to get out of the reservation.  We have already rebooked with the hotel directly and obtained secure confirmations.  We ask ourselves, if WE hadnt demanded the confirmation iinformation, when exactly would we have gotten it??  When would our names have been updated?  When would there have been anything on that reservation linking our company?  Its these questions and concerns that led us to request a cancellation from GHC.  Their failure to put the reservations in the name of our company or to have a note put in the hotel reservation system linking them to us back in February when we paid our deposit leaves them looking fraudulent or at the very least incompetent.

client and now she is blaming us that we didn't book the rooms under the guest names since Feb while we don't have access to know her guest names except when she sent the names on April **,2016 so she is actually complaining about something was missing from her side !I'm willing to share all your emails , confirmation numbers for the hotel rooms booked and the signed agreement if Revdex.com will allow me to do thatThe rooms are confirmed with the Front Desk , Miss S[redacted] , Mr.R[redacted] and everyone at the Reservation Department , but [redacted] just wanted to cancel and get the deposit back while she signed an agreement that the deposit is nonrefundable but she just wanted to dispute to get the money and not honoring the agreement .I kindly ask someone from the Revdex.com to provide an email address to show the emails from [redacted] and show everyone the truth against her complaint . Thank you!Adam G[redacted]
