Dear concerned.I attached copies of payment billscopy of original form of payment bill for Jan payment of the company sent this letter by email after I complained repeatedly about the payment bill which was not mailed to me. I paid
these payments not to make the loan delinquent, just after I received the email. - copy of email for March of 2017. - copy of email for April of 2017. Thank you for your help.*** *** ***

We apologize that the initial request was not received and responded to promptly. FAM appreciates the opportunity to reply to Ms. [redacted] concerns regarding her monthly statement. Our loan records indicate that FAM has been servicing Ms. [redacted] mortgage loan since September 5, 2016. Monthly statements have been provided to her each month since that date, and we have no record of any returned mail on her account. We have also verified that we have the correct address in our system. The monthly statements are sent via U.S. Postal Mail, on the 17th day of each month, providing that day does not fall on a weekend or Federal Holiday. We apologize if Ms. ** feels she is not receiving the statements timely, but we have no control over the U.S. Post Office and their delivery times. Please know that each time Ms. ** has requested a copy of her monthly statement, one has been provided. Ms. ** has until the 15th of each month to make her payment without incurring a late fee.
