Not treated with Respect- I was referred to a particular loan officer at FOAHe made me feel that I was not a priorityThe process didIt happen the way he did it wouldHe said he had experience but waited two weeks in before requesting info that he should have known as needed in the beginning which obviously wastes timeOne time I called to speak with him and he did not even act like he knew who I wasIn that same conversation, I felt that he was scolding me because the title company emailed me about my closing day availability and he was adamant that it was NOT going to be on that dateHe waited until a week before the closing date to submit the application to the underwriterHe did not contact me and talk to me about the discrepancy the underwriter hadHe actually contacted the sellers Which made me feel worse about working with himIt was like he was working for them NOW meThe communication was not up to parHe did not communicate with me to let me his thing were goingHe made me feel that he had too many customers on his case load and I did not matterWhen I contacted him about getting my loan cancelled so I could move forward with another loan company he again took his time and did not make sure this was handled in a timely manner so I could progressI had to make several phone calls and even escalate to a supervisor to have this matter handledI would never refer anyone to this companyI was not a priority to this company!!!! If you want to be treated with respect and feel like a priority choose another loan company that will communicate with you every step of the way
