Therefore, you were advised three separate times on the order date of your obligation to cancel within the trial period to avoid further charges. On 4/25/16, you called our Customer Service Department twice. It was during the explanation to you of the pro-rated refund that you started to cuss and yell at the representative. Therefore, you were advised that the agent would not allow you to speak to her in that manner and that she was disconnecting the call. It is unfortunate that you took her not allowing herself to be cussed at as rude. You then called back, apologized to her, and requested that the $50.00 refund be processed. I did call and request to have this cancelled after the first charge on my cardHowever, they did not process the cancellation and continued to bill meI was told that it would take time for this to processNow we are on the 3rd billing of this chargeThe rude lady at the company claims that she does not know anything about this earlier call and she requested a confirmation number for it which I was not givenWhen calling the last time she was very defensive and ugly talking to me and she hung up on me and still did not give me a confirmation numberApparently, that is not their procedure to give a number, but they request it if you have a problem with their systemI still am requesting a full refund of my money (billing cycles)

1. There was no argument...the customer service or lack there of was just very very unprofessional.
2. What I stated was, I was unaware the $1.95 was not affiliated to my VEC filing. Which prompted you to become very disrespectful. When I requested a refund, you became even more disrespectful and mumbled something about a prorated refund...then hung up.
3. I then called back, and you answered "What do you need now..." I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor. You stated that wasn't going to happen and hung up again.
Lastly,
As you can see, or your "servers" will show. I never logged into any site to use whatever service you claim to provide. Also, I never logged in to cancel anything,YOU actually processed the cancellation. So that is completely false. I would like the remainder of my money refunded.
