I am rejecting this response because:
First of all this is the 2nd modification I've requested and was told by Manny H[redacted] that he would get me a modification regardless if I was working or not, took my money with no problem, then last minute tells me the modification...

was denied because of me not working, he knew this from day one, do you think if I would've known I would be denied I would waste my money? His excuse was that he was giving me more time to stay in my house until the sale date comes, I have no intentions of selling my house, the so-called modification was to help me keep my house, then to charge $750 for court fees, mind you nobody showed up in court to represent me, the court papers prove that they didn't show, I will be taking legal action if this isn't resolved, they've ripped off a lot of people and just because the other victims no speak english or are here illegally, they won't report them but I will, not going to rip me off and now I have to pay more lawyers for this mistake, which is $1250 retainer fee plus $450 a month till the end of this modification
