This business is sneakyThey are trying to charge us fees on an account that we do not even ownThey had our information from a loan we took out on a vehicleThe loan account was closed last year because my vehicle got totaledHowever, insurance covered everything because we owed less than the vehicle was worthBut, somehow we had additional monies to pay off on the loanIt cost our family a days pay off work, two weeks and individuals at the company to even give me close to what seemed like MAYBE a legitimate reason why we owed the moniesHowever, it still seemed sketchyBack to the the current issue with the account we are being charged fees for that we NEVER set upI called to resolve the issue and close the accountThey gave me ZERO assistance because they are not allowed to discuss the account with me, the wife of the account "owner." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My husband took the day off work to come in and get me put on record that I could access anything of his so that I could take care of your ridiculous sharade in the begginingWe were excelent clientsSo excelent in fact, that Christmas we recieved a letter of thanks for all of our on-time payments, and you offered for us to not pay our bill for a monthWe actually declined the offer in order to pay it off soonerWe always paid more than the minimum due to take care of the bill in a more timely mannerIn the process of all their shennanigans this company also reported us to the credit bureau without any prior notice- at the time we were trying to sell our home and moveImagine what good that did usNow they cannot help me with that information to get a problem resolved that THEY caused? Absolutely atrociousIt is businesses like this one that are the reason many Americans do not trust industryMoney grabbers in any way possibleDo NOT trust this company

Do not go here if you are looking for the excellent customer of a credit union They will take your money from you worse than any big bad bankThey do NOT deposit pay on the date your pay is supposed to be available to you I suppose they make extra money off holding it a little longer If you are retired military and the first is on a weekend or holiday: you might not get your retirement pay until AFTER that weekend or holiday even though you should legally have your money available to you on your pay date If you assume you are paid legally and spend your money, this credit union will pile up the "overdraft charges" against you and there appears to be no limit to the amount they will charge you Also, if you set up an account online, you might get locked out and you won't even know it and don't get locked out after banking office hours to include weekends or holidays

0pt;">After reviewing Mr. [redacted]’s complaint, Financial Center reversed all service charges charges applied to the savings account in question and updated special coding assigned to Mr. [redacted] account ensuring it would not be subject to the monthly relationship charge in the future.      We believe we have effectively remediated Mr. [redacted]’s concerns to his satisfaction.  We appreciate the assistance  the Revdex.com provides to our community in helping them achieve resolution and improved relationships with their business partners.
