[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] At the time that I closed my account with them my account had no balance on 04/2013 where I moved out and my roomates took over thereafter. It was mentioned that the date of service was until 04/2014 which is not true. I had called and cancelled my account with [redacted] after my last payment in 04/2013. The phone number provided was not changed until December of 2014.

The account for [redacted] - Account #[redacted] listed in our office 7-22-2013 in the amount of $166.69. We sent our first notice 7-22-13, the second notice 8-7-2013 and the third notice 9-9-2013. On 8-7-2013 we tried calling the number provided to us (###-###-####) and it was not in service. To date we have had no contact from the debtor. We called our client, WE Energies today - 9-16-2013 - and were advised the balance on this account is still outstanding in the amount of $166.69.

Review: I have been trying to get a collection issue cleared up and off of my credit report. The bill was incurred while I was married & per my divorce decree my ex husband is to pay the bill. When I call the collection agency they are extremely rude to me - they will not give me a listing of what the bill is. I have asked them to take me to court so that we can have a judge clear it up right away, but they refuse. They claim that my ex made payment arrangements however at the rate he is going it will take 2 yrs. He has plenty of means to pay the bill immediately but refuses to and the collection agency refuses to push the issue with him. This bill is over 3 year old, I shouldn't have to wait another 2 years for him to pay it, we have been divorced since Feb 2011.

The people I have dealt with are Mr [redacted], supervisor [redacted], a supervisor named [redacted] & an extremely rude person named [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want this permanently removed from my credit report and that won't happen until they get my ex to pay the bill. I want the collection agency to make better demands to get my ex to pay the bill so that it is permanently off of my record. He has a house worth over $190k and he works full time & part-time. Plus, since this is still on my credit report I should have every right to know what is going on with the collection of this bill.

Review: Unpaid bill due to an error on ACL Laboratories part has resulted in a collection balance of $37.89 on my credit. I called Falls Collection Service (N114W19225 Clinton Dr Germantown, WI 53022) to inquire about the unpaid bill and I asked what address did ACL have on my and it was not my address. I was alerted today through my credit monitoring service. On September 24 2013 I visited my primary doctor for a checkup and his office requested a blood test form ACL Laboratories. Most of my visit was paid by my insurance and the rest I paid after receiving a detailed invoice in the mail within 30-day of revving the invoice. Over the past 12 months I’ve never received any communication, bill or invoice from ACL Laboratories. ACL also did not send my bill to my correct address or did not follow up with my insurance or doctors office how both have my correct address. I was unaware ACL preformed any service for me. After receiving the credit monitoring alert I called ACL directly 10/13/14 and paid the $37.89 bill in full. The representative [redacted] said that they will contact Falls Collection Service to have the negative credit filing removed from my credit report.Desired Settlement: I would like Falls Collection Service to remove the action from my credit reports due to error and provide me with a bill at my correct address. I would like Fall Collection Service to provide me with a letter confirming that they will report to Experian, Trans Union and Equifax that the bill was a delivery error and that it should be removed from my credit. ACL transferred the account to Falls Collection Services, Falls Collection Services failed a negative collection account with all three credit bureaus. ACL agreed to contact Falls Collection Services to have this remove from my credit reports. This has not been done and as a result my credit score dropped 60 points. I would like Fall Collection Service and ACL to remove this from my credit and provide confirmation. ACL did send a letter stating the following "ACL contacted Falls Collection Service and removed the account from collection. In addition, a letter to the patient will be mailed confirming actions taken to correct credit reports." but this still remains on my credit.

when I called to settle an old medical debt, I asked if they would be willing to take a settlement offer, the man Larry told me that I could make an offer I told them 50% of what was owed on the bill. He started screaming and yelling at me because that was not a good offer in his eyes and he didnt think they would take it and when I asked him to put in my offer and see what happens he refused. so I told him that I would not give them a penny because they are refusing to even see if my offer would go though. even thou he said it was not up to them it was up to the medical company they respresented. it was awful going to be contacting the medical business and let them know what is going on and that I was trying to pay money but the refused it.
