Buyer Beware: we asked to buy a size 8 women's New Balance running shoe, were given a pair to try on, purchased them and left the store. The next day, my daughter complained of her feet hurting, and I assumed it was the heat making her feet swell. Two days later she developed blisters. At this point we looked closely at the shoes and realized they actually were a size 7.5. We went back to the store to exchange them, to no avail. The salesperson contacted the manager, who wouldn't speak with us, but requested that we leave the shoes so they could take the matter up with the manufacturer. There was nothing wrong with the shoe...we were scammed because they did not have the size we asked for. Indeed they could not produce a size 8 when we went back. We didn't want to leave the shoes because I didn't want my daughter walking back to the hotel barefoot, and because I did not trust the store to rectify the matter as I think they were dishonest from the beginning. The salesman, ***, who spoke to the manager, ***, refused to give us his or his manager's last name. We feel like we were fraudulently misled as my daughter clearly has not been a 7.5 shoe size for several years - no mistake. Scammed. Perhaps the salesman is on commission and was less than upfront. Scam scam scam.

This Company is reporting negative in my credit report. I Have never ever had a Medical Bill in the state of Florida. I've repeated many times I live in Massachusetts not Florida. Please stop hurting peoples live with Fraud Collection.
