Cody's doesn't have a showroom or fancy promotional material, and maybe that's why they can build a first-class roof at a lower price than any other licensed roofer I got an estimate fromCody's is licensed, insured and pulled a building permitThey used a trailer rather than a dumpster, so the debris could be removed as often as necessaryThey did a great job, including replacing my regular roof vents with a ridge venting system, all at a great priceThey did a thorough cleafter they were finishedAnyone doing it cheaper is probably cutting some cornersMy only minor complaint is that the job took six days instead of the three days agreed to in the contract, but that was only a minor inconvenienceI strongly recommend them

Like every builder we've ever had, he was mildly optimistic about when the project would startHowever, the delay was only minor and once he started the crew worked from early in the morning to late afternoonHe was thorough both in the work itself and in cleaning up, not just at the end of the project but at the end of each day

Triple R Construction renovated my last house. They did 6 projects over the course of 3 years.
The jobs where a Kitchen renovation, a large cedar deck , a serenity pergola and all 3 bathrooms in the house, as well as numerous small and handyman type jobs as they went along.

Cody's Roofing recently did a complete tear off on my 1960s ranch home. I knew from the start that I had a good company. In addition to new shingles I wanted new sheeting and all new gutters. Cody's quote was a few hundred less than the next best company I was quoted from but more importantly, of the 3 companies I took quotes from Cody's was the only one who said I didn't need to waste money on all new gutters I simply needed them adjusted. Communication was a little difficult at times but every time I had a question the had an answer and everything they said they would do they did. Very satisfied with the roof. As for the gutters, they were readjusted and a new gutter guard that they suggested was added. Over a month later I can't complain.
Cody's Roofing did an amazing job on the complete tear off and roofing job on my home. Great quote! Great communication! Great customer service! Great work! The job was done in a day & a half! Definately go with Cody's Roofing!
