We had a screen enclosure installed by Hansen and the whole thing collapsed and they wouldn't do anything about it except charge us for a new one My husband was in contact with this company for a while going over all the details for this pool screen enclosure, they even had engineers designing it because it was in New England so it would be ok for the snowy weather They said there would be no problem with the snow Well, during a snow storm the entire pool screen enclosure collapsed into our pool and tour some of the siding off of the house, I'm very thankful my daughter wasnt out there because she was earlier that day When we called Hansen about this the only thing they said was they could build a new one and the price was higher than the first one They WOULD NOT stand behind there product We had a lawyer send them a letter to come here for a hearing but they wouldnt come The only way we could do anything legally would be to go to Florida to sue them and that would cost e
