The company had all the documentation that included my mortgage on my (18) unit property. It was right there with my income tax returns from 2013 and 2014.I still have not received my paperwork and the appraisal, as of July 30,2015.

Mr. [redacted] was pre-approved for a mortgage through Financial Freedom Mortgage.  When we took his application he did not disclose a lien against his 19 unit property in [redacted].  This was discovered much later in the process and the payment on that mortgage resulted in him not...

qualifying for a mortgage.He was charged by a 3rd party for the appraisal.  This service was provided to him, therefore he can not be refunded by Financial Freedom Mortgage.  He has received a copy of his appraisal and we have sent back all of his original documentation.

We are sorry that you have continued to receive calls after requesting to be removed from our list.  Based on the information that was provided, we have deleted you from our database.  You will not be receiving calls from our company again.

The appraisal is a service provided by a 3rd party vendor.  The borrower has received a copy of her appraisal.No money was ever paid to Financial Freedom Mortgage, so we can not give a refund.This borrower lost her job in the middle of the process and took a job with a $5000 a month decrease in...

income, therefore affecting her eligibility for the loan.We provided the best loan she qualified for.
