[redacted] conducts complimentary dinner workshops to inform the general public about retirement planning, options available to pre- and post-retirees to keep their money protected from loss and how to maximize life-long income, among othersWe invite the public to these sessions via the [redacted] : The invitations are sent by a third party mail house and during the course of a year we mail such invitations to many thousands of people to provide them the opportunity to learn more about the subjects mentioned above Apparently the complainant, [redacted] , received such an invitation She emailed our offices requesting that she and any named individuals whose address is the same as hers not receive any further communications from us Upon receipt of that request, we notified the third-party vendor that provides mail services to remove her from future mailings Other than receipt by [redacted] of unsolicited mail from us, we have never had or attempted to have any other form of communication with [redacted] , nor would we ever do so We conduct our business with complete professionalism and other than by passive mail invitation do we reach out to members of the public.We regret that [redacted] apparently took offense at having received mail that was lawfully sent to her address Since [redacted] chose to communicate vial email to our firm, we sent an email back to her letting her know that we had requested our vendor to comply with her request for removal and apologizing for disturbing her tranquility We have sent a copy of the email we sent to [redacted] to the Revdex.com for their file.We highly value and safely guard the fine reputation we have with the populace of the [redacted] and it is very regrettable that a member of the public has chosen to file an unnecessary and frivolous complaint with the Revdex.com over having received mail delivered by the [redacted] that consisted of an invitation to come to a totally complimentary dinner to learn about retirement planning
