Collections staff are rude and degrading There is no desire to work with someone who is in arrears In February of I lost my job and then had some health issues When I was finally able to find another job (in August) it was at a 45% pay cut Due to my health issues I had wiped out my meager savings and built up almost $ [redacted] of debt on my credit card through Financial Partners Due to the significant cut in pay I have not been able to make the payments I have spoken to three different people in their department explaining the situation and trying to make alternate arrangements Instead, I have been treated very poorly and the bank froze my account without ever notifying me I found out when I could not deposit money into the account When the account was frozen they randomly started denying some of my automatic payments and it caused a check to bounce because I was unable to make a deposit This cost me $dollars in bank fees and an additional $in vendor fees

They have the worst customer serviceThe Director and managers are all very rude, me and my husband receive horrible customer serviceThe director even hung up in my face, they care nothing about your life problemsectThey don't work with us, my husband and I pay whether it's late or on time, but we pay due to financial hardship and fnancial partners seem to not care that we also have other bills and responsibilitiesWe asked for an exra couple of days to get our car note paid and they told us either pay or surrendeor the car, we have rent and other bills....it seems as though they want money from us every week and that can be challenging, we only work with one income, it can be challenging at times....I feel that they may just not like me or my husband We have three kids and i'm a home maker , my husband is taking care of people including hisself and sometimes we need more time to pay things and financial partners don't care.....They have hung up in our face and can be very mean, nasty and rude, me and my husband are never satisfied, but we do pay them , that's all that should matter, they even threaten us

CUSTOMER SERVICE *** seems like I'm always having issues with the customer service, these individuals sounds rude and not engaging I have an issue with my credit card, I was at Disneyland attempting to pay for my sons first experience , he was so excited and I did everything that was requested to ser up my card I called confirmed and checked, it was a go, so I thoughtWe get to Disney land and I go to use my card and the person said it declined attempts to try and retrieve funds me my son his mother his cousin were seriously bummed and upset and truly disappointed at this credit unionI then attempt to contact them several times and the times I did get through the representative's on the phone weren't helpful rude and very ignorant to the status of my account which is interesting because I didn't issue the card or make it they did and the tell me they can't find the card number they issued me, scratching my head I'm like OK resolve it this is not my problem, they say they can't they have to transfer me and I not once got connected to anyone after the minute each phone call I had with of your operators mind you we allare outside hot scratching our head watching people go in, I finally broke down and scrapped together the money me and his mother had and got in but weren't able to enjoy or purchase food or souvenirs memories nothingSo upset I call the next day I request the supervisor, who was absolutely no help all she did and said was that she can't do anything after I inquired and requested compensation for my time pain and suffering, struggle, broken heart, extreme financial strain she said no no I'm not sure they can but I will put in noteIt's now the day since I've had this issue and have not gotten call back with no resolution or compensation, I'm going to my yelp account directly afterBe aware peopleTHEY BROKE MY SON'S HEART AND REALLY DON'T CARE BUT WILL SELL

The worst customer service!! You are better of using a bankFPCU will rip you of with the high fees!! The service is just plain horrible

The worst most backward "financial institution I ever had the disgrace to deal withThey have very rude unprofessional personnel and have the most absurds policiesI have a vehicle financed through them and without previous notice that they require proof of insurance they have me a penalty of $(they do it to you will never get out of debt) however after the dispute they lowered the penalty but increased my rate and monthly paymentsAnd let's not even mention that they don't even have an online payment optionEvery payment is either done by phone (which is an additional $15.00) entry time you make a paymentOr send an actual checkIt's and they can't even provide decent online service! Anyways I got so fed up that I was forced to go and trade my vehicle for a new one just to get those people paid off and out of my lifeIn other words FPCU they will rip you off and find every way possible to take the most money from you
