Good Morning, This job was done to customer satisfaction and after a couple of days customer calls the office screaming and not letting us talk making racist comments as (You people ) need to fix this our else we ask to calm down we need it to know who we where talking to firsts and second what was the issue she kept screaming demanding some one to fix her caulk we explain that we always put a new fresh one after every Job but she didn't wanted to listen and made treateds of calling her lawyer calling Revdex.com calling everyone we explain is not part of the warranty but we will try to see how and she starts screaming again and hung up.She never heard what we where trying to say is that is not part of the warranty but as a courtesy we will fix it.We are a little afraid to go to this house for our saftey we don't want to get assault for a CAULK if she's willing to calm down and be cooperative we could help her Thanks JM Refinishing

Hello,We did did work for [redacted] on Aug 1, and she call Back on Sept 2, and she call becuase she was not happy with the job we ask what was wrong but she was angry and stared screaming she wanted fix we said we will give her a appoiment on Sept 15,at 1pm she said it was fine she and hung up on Sept 14, she wrote on Facebook Google and every other social media that we didn't show up for the appointment on Sept 14,around 2pm her daughter call and told us what happen with her mothers appointment we said that we have her for the Sept 15, at 1pm not for the her daughter explain to us her mother was a senior and sometimes forgets things that she was sorry we said it was ok no problem that we will be at the appointment as we agreed we show up the next day Sept 15,and we reglaze the entire tub again to make our customer happy with no cost she was happy and understood that she had the wrong dayThank you [redacted]

This response is hiding the fact that the owner did not correct the error in a timely mannerMy complaint was ignored and the owner refused to come and see what was missed with the original job He was paid in full but when I contacted him he kept telling me I was wrong and there was no problemthey then scheduled a date to come and the day before it was cancelled and moved weeks away again They had cancelled the second scheduled appointment despite me explaining that I had cancelled a cardiac procedure for myself to accommodate their scheduled service This is when my daughter got involved She was upset that I actually postponed my procedure so I could get it completedThey called and said that someone was "pranking" me and that they had not called to cancel me This owner just lies whenever he feels he needs toI am not a senior who forgets things, as yet

We have talk to this customer more then once we explain to both to regrout there walls and will respray the walls again. But they still don't understand our never knowledge that we where waiting for them to call us back to spray there walls again. we told her husband and Mrs Wright to let us know...

and never received a Call . We know received this complaint but we found it on our spam thats why we are responding now. Like we just said we don't have a problem going back we already went and talk to the husband and explain that what need to be done before we spray he understood and agree to call us. Up to this day we are still waiting for them make them call us to respray  Thank you Jay JM Refinishing

Hello,This bathtub tub was done 3 years ago with no issue the customers decides to scrap of the caulk and damage the top of the bathtub by scraping he calls and demands to get a warranty honor on his bathtub when clearly you can see it was scrape we try to explain that this not part of the...

warranty.But he will have to wait for a supervisor to authorize a courtesy repair because he was neglected and removing the caulk and damage the bathtub Jay our Manager was on Vacation and we explain when he comes back he was going to take care of this when Jay got back he immediately sent someone to fix the issue but he put a hold on to the customer because of the complaint if he's willing to take the courtesey repair we can schedule a day just waiting for the customer
