I received a letter in the mail from this company, which I was hesitate to call them. I'm not one to trust companies that send out letters. I'm not sure why I ended up calling them, but I'm happy I did. The first person I spoke to was Viktor. He was so helpful and polite on the phone. He gave me guidance, ever though I told him I wasn't sure if I was going to use their services.
In the end I did go through them and I'm so happy I did. They were so helpful and always there for me when I reached out. My loan mod. took almost two years to be completed, but I never once got worried...well that's not true, I did once, but they were there for me and reassured me it was going to be fine. The end results were amazing.
