Credit Union. The loss amount that was initially reported was determined to be incorrect, due to the erroneous misplacement of decimals during input. The reported loss amount has been subsequently corrected to reflect $793.92, which aligns with member account records. We apologize to [redacted] for this error, and appreciate her bringing this to our attention. We are glad to report that this matter has been resolved.

Upon receiving notification of [redacted] complaint, we have investigated and resolved this matter with [redacted].  The AVP, Retail Sales Manager of our Credit Union spoke with [redacted] and addressed the concerns noted in the complaint.  [redacted] had been charged service fees due to...

account criteria not being met, as disclosed at account opening.  However, [redacted] Simplified checking account was rebated fees in the amount of $60 and his checking and membership savings accounts were closed on 9/26/16. [redacted] indicated he was happy with the resolution.  A Cashier’s Check in the amount of the full current account balances plus rebated fees was mailed to [redacted] address on file with the Credit Union via [redacted] on 9/26/16, signature required.   We are glad to report that this matter has been resolved with [redacted].
