This company was suppose to be helping us get a mortgage modification gauranteed or fifty percent of our money back. We signed a contract November 4,2016. and paid $300.00 toward the cost of $3.200.00. which left a balance of $2,900. We made 5 more payments of $300.00 which equals $1500 which would leave the balance of $1,100. all of a sudden the phone numbers no longer in service,address moved, we have no contact at all. I'm also filing a consumer complaint with the NJ Dept. of banking and insurance where their liscense are.

They gave us a GUARANTEE that our Mortgage would be modified and it wasn'tI paid this company $and when they could not deliver they Tri-state was supposed to give us half of the $which is $back to us because services were not renderedThis company is a scamBeware!

Financial Services For America guaranteed that they would reduce my mortgage amount by meeting and talking with my mortgage company I began paying them $from August to December They accepted $reduction in November from my mortgageI was paying $until My husband was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in We incurred a hardshipInitially my mortgagecompany(Caliber Mortgage Co.) offered my husband and me the same amount in July As of December my husband and I took control of our account We went to mediation January 5, We found that Caliber made a mistake with my yearly earnings I explained that to Financial Services For America, but they did nothing to resolve the matterAs of March 2017, My husband and I received a new modification loan that will reduce our mortgage by $ It was because of my hard work that I was able to resolve this matter Financial Services For America did nothing to solve this problem

The client was signed with our company in June and we were informed soon after that they were already in mediation. and needed an application as soon as possible, which was submitted as soon as the client gave us the financials. We were in constant contact with them and submitted everything that was...

requested. The Client REFUSED to accept an offer saving $600 a month (NOT $100) that was offered on 11/28/16. The client will not show us the final offer they received from Caliber. We would need to see this to make a decision on any refund. The client also still had a $700 balance which was written off.
