My year old father in law received the same phone call from a caller wanting to give him free Walmart coupons for $4.95, and in turn he would have life coach services for $a monthI called the company back, they only use an aswering service base in IL, and cancelled his accountThey would not refund the $back, because they claim he knew it was unfundableTheir whole scheme is really to get the $off of as many people possible, that adds up to a lot of money, like thousands of dollars! They use 3rd party callers, so they can claim they don't solicit directly, and have a fake website based in South Jordan UTThey claim to have a real program to follow, but it's sole intent is fraud and never was to help peopleThey work out of a shared office space with other companies, most likely similar fraud internet companies, and have no phone number that connects directly to them.They also have serveral names: Financial Success Coach Network, Life Coach network, etcThis is their address they claim on the website:SJordan Gateway, Suite South Jordan, UT Don't fall for it, it's a scam, it's not a real company, and the authorities in UT should shut them down

I wassolicited fraudently by this businessAn "operator" misrepresented herself, never identified this was the business she was working forIn fact, the operator told me she was representing a legitimate website named Choose Your RewardMy debit card was charged a fee and shortly thereafter I received a letter, with fine print informing me that I could use their services FREE until November, then my debit card would be automatically charged $per monthOutrageous

I called the T Mobile customer service line to deal with an issue I was havingUpon reaching customer service I told them what my problem was and they said no problem, they are going to transfer me to a supervisor that can help with my problemBut before doing so he said that I was lucky to have called them at that time because I was randomly selected to receive a free $gift card, all I would have to do was pay the $shipping and handling chargeThis was odd but it was around black friday and figured perhaps it was some special promotionWhat followed was the most bizarre experience everI was transferred back and forth between several people as well as automated voice systems, all asking me to confirm the same basic information several timesEach time promising me that the next person would give me a confirmation number and help me with my T Mobile problemThey wanted me to repeat back several things to confirm I understood what was happening, including that I would be signed up for a program that had a monthly fee of $I refused as it became apparent this was some sort of scam, and the customer service rep began getting aggressive, insisting that I was not purchasing or signing up for anythingI kept saying I didn't want the gift card and I just wanted to resolve the problem with my phoneEventually I hung up on them as he continued to be aggressive, speaking over me and just demanding I repeat back certain thingsOddly enough, I then called the exact same number and immediately reached an actual T Mobile rep and had my problem resolved fairly quickly
I figured since I never officially confirmed with Financial Success Coach Network over the phone that I would not be signed upHowever today I received an email from them saying I was indeed signed up and that I would be charged $after a day free trial periodThe email also states that you can opt out of their emails but in order to prevent them from " providing your name to third parties for direct marketing purposes" you have to actually call or send a physical letterI called and told them I wanted to cancel my participation in the program and they did not give me a hard time about doing so

My husband had just recently passed away and my emotional health was very poor at the timeThen I get this odd call from some type of salesmen offering a free gift card and I had a friend who was worse off than me at the time so I gave this company my information to get the free gift card to give my friendSo some months pass as I was continuing to grieve my husband of yearsThen I noticed my checking account much lower than what I thought it should be so I went to my bank to investigateIt turns out that this company I have never heard of AMS Financial Coaching was taking $a month out of my checking account for months I had no idea even who they were or why they were taking money from my checking account without any written or verbal permissionSo they took from me a total of $over months for no goods or services whatsoeverAfter complaining to my bank they refunded me $but I want the remainder of what was illegitimately taken from me of $fr

Called Cheap Oair I thought was one digit off the number, got some promotional saying for $they would send me a$gift card I kept asking is this Cheap Oair they said yes but it's the promotion deptSo I gave them my debit card..next time I checked my bank I noticed $taken out by Financial Success Coach Network I never ordered anything or knew of them..I've since been able to call and cancel but they're using some shady practice with the other company that answered ..If I wouldn't have canceled within days they would've charged my bank $a monthly fee ..bottom line they're scammers

for this account and have found that we did in fact let the customer know they were enrolling into Financial Success Coach Network program.  We are sorry if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding.  At this time we have ensured the account was cancelled and we have gone ahead and issued a refund of the $4.95 Trial Offer Charge. Sincerely,Chad
