Fincham Mobile Storage would like to apologize for the confusion that has occurred with our Admin Fee This fee is a company policy and is used on all our sold units We discount this fee if customer pays by check or cash The fee should have been mentioned at the time the unit was purchasedWe have no excuse to why it wasn't communicated to you Mr H [redacted] should be informing all customers, and will be noted to him at this time for any future transactions The message was not passed along to our billing department that a refund was needed to be done This refund can be sent to our customer, and we would like to make sure this is satisfactory for both parties At this time, the customer can directly contact Shawnah F [redacted] at ###-###-#### to be reimbursedAgain we apologize for the misunderstandingThank you for using Finchams
