I purchased a pickup truck in October, 2018 from Fincher's location in Tomball. I paid for tax, title and license at the time of my cash purchase. I've followed up with several different company representatives, but still haven't received my permanent plates. I've requested a third set of temporary plates; they are "deciding" whether they'll issue them or not. They say the title company will have my plates ready on Monday, 1-7-19. Unfortunately, I've been "put-off" in this same manner several times since purchasing this vehicle. I simply want/need my permanent plates!
