Find Accounting Software

I download a trial software and decide to purchase it I'm sent a registration code along with the following description which matches the amount I thought I was paying for the software Note that there is nothing mentioned about a reoccurring monthly fee Then during my quarterly review of my company's bank / credit card statements, I notice they have been charging me for something I didn't want which is ProperSoft Conversion Support Never did they mention I was signing up for that, and more importantly, in the confirmation email they send, they say NOTHING about a monthly fee Then out of nowhere I find out they've been sneaking in this charge for the last three month
