Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: A full refund was issued by CEO and this was resolved prior to June. We also provided services that went above and beyond over several months to which we can provide emails to substantiate.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was not given ALL of my money back.  I was only able to get the part that was paid on my debit card.  I was never given back the part that had been on my credit card.  Here is an email I received from the company about the rest of the money. Hi [redacted], I've spent a lot of time looking over your account and what we did for you. I do see where we could have done some things better for you and apologize. We are always looking for ways to be better for our customers and in not very happy when we let someone down like we did you.  I don't see where there was any fraud on your account but that being said we have already made some improvement to make sure thing work much better.   As far as that bad review you gave us on [redacted] what would it take for you to remove it ... Hello,The customers account did indeed run as it was planned by him. You can see in the reports he had traffic to his advertisement many days.His account was set to run with a 300.00 monthly spend and it reoccurs each month. That is why there were a few charges.We did refund him today as we find out...

directly to the Revdex.com complaint as well as the post made on my [redacted] page states that a refund has been sent. 5 days have gone by and no refund has been received. It's not that I don't accept his resolution, but letting you know I have not received the stated refund he claims was sent as of yet.
