my name is rodney and my cat Belle crawled out of my window one night and went missingat first I ran around for a day or so looking for my cat downtown and asking people if they had seen him I started looking online for some help and get my cat was awesome! not only did they have advice they helped improve the way I was searching but I also bought the alert message that worked really wellwithin a a few days I had people calling me about seeing my cat I still have yet to find my cat, but get my cat website took my searching from zero to

GetMyDog is currently using my name, city and my words in a misleading and unethical manner. In August 2012 I retained services from GetMyCat to find my cat Chopper. In an email to the customer service representative that worked on my order, I thanked them for their assistance. That email and my words have since been taken out of context and published online by GetMyDog as a testimonial for the loss of a dog. I have requested that the company remove my information from their website. I have not received a response, and the quote remains up today. I was not asked if the comments I made via email could be published in a testimonial.

I lost my cat Butters a few days ago and while I was searching the internet for resources I found GetMyCat.comNot only did they provide a bunch of free info that helped me start looking for my cat, but I used their paid services as well
The flyers they sent to businesses and the amber alert they put out actually go me some phone calls about my cat! We were able to narrow it down to a culdesac a few blocks from my house and we found Butters!
Their customer service was great and they were very understanding and patient with me, thank you GetMyCat.com

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I find it ironic that the business is wondering why it took so long for me to file this complaint with the Revdex.com. There has been an email exchange of or emails - or more, I've lost count - between myself and the company since the issue with the postcard was discovered. A good third of those emails were from me asking what was taking so long to resolve my refund request. The company dragged their feet on this again and again and again. It was, and is still, an exhausting process to get them to own up to their error and provide the refund I requested, which was 50%, and more than fair on my part. Why they felt the need to offer less is beyond me; a reputable company stands behind it's product 100%
The fact that my cat came home, because of other methods that I used to entice him, is irrelevant. What is relevant is that this company mailed out postcards that were NOT what I ordered. That should be the end of the story.

I'm not sure what to make of this. This was a customer who ordered from us close to 2 months ago. She has since had success from our resources and has found her missing cat. She informed us of this and was ecstatic, thanking us sincerely. A week or so after her thank you email we received an email...

from her complaining that there was an incorrect phone number found on a postcard she ordered from us. Our company apologized for the mistake she found and reached the resolution of a $55 refund -- which has been processed. Given this, I'm surprised to see that she is now trying to collect a refund for the entire amount of her order, especially since ultimately it was a success which unfortunately is not always the case with our customers.
