I am sorry if you received something different however I show the [redacted] cloth is what was sent to youWe purchase them from [redacted] Can you send a picture of what you received as this is not a knock off this item would be as described unless the wrong item was pulled and in that case we can remedy that quicklyI am not sure why you did not immediately contact customer service as we would have resolved this issue quickly for youPlease let a picture of what you received so I can better assist you [redacted] and then reference order number [redacted] for a quicker responseThank you Findingking

FindingKing stated that they shipped me "two orders." That is not exactly accurateThe first shipment only had one of the four items I originally ordered through [redacted] The second shipment was supposedly the remaining three items from my original order Again, they did not re-send my order or send me two complete orders, as they imply I did NOT receive any shipment on 3/14/15, contrary to what [redacted] supposedly told FindingKingOn April 2nd, the remaining three items of my order finally arrived!!! (AFTER I filed this complaint to Revdex.com on 3/31/15.) My post office in Talkeetna, Alaska, told me that [redacted] packages are loaded on the truck only AFTER the regular mail and when there is room And so I did receive the remaining three items from my post office eventually About month later! I then happily informed FindingKing, via [redacted] 's email service, that I just finally received the remaining three items! But I was shocked with the response from FindingKing! (FindingKing's response can be noted from [redacted] 's records of the communication.) To paraphrase, FindingKing told me that they want me to return my three remaining items or pay them for these items I then immediately contacted [redacted] via their online chat helplineI suggested they cancel the gift card which [redacted] offered me at the beginning of this fiasco [redacted] apologized and told me they would take care of the matter On April 5th, [redacted] sent me an email stating the gift card was cancelledIn summary, I am still not pleased with FindingKing and how this matter was "resolved." Their lack of professionalism, common courtesy, & respect to their customers, maybe old-fashion to some, will still prevent my purchasing products from this company in the futureOn the other hand, [redacted] 's customer service and attention to their client's concerns is outstanding!

Two orders were shipped to the customer as explained to her. The second order shows delivered which we also provided to her. order to begin with. I reached out to our vendor which is where the order was shipped from and this is what they said We have tracked this through [redacted] ** and found that your order was shipping to a PO Box as you can see on the invoice and because [redacted] does deliver to PO Boxes, they did in fact do that! It was delivered on 3-14-15 and signed for by the Post Office.  Did your customer go to the Post Office to Pick Up the Package?  If not maybe they should place a phone call and see if it is still there.Actual delivery : Sat 3/14/2015 12:00 pm Refund: <-------------------------- refund issued by us  ( $74.16)

I am so sorry to hear that. I do show a full refund was issued quite some time ago and I do not show we requested the item be returned back to us. It looks like we actually did update [redacted] with the new picture however [redacted] did not remove the original one off their listing. We apologize...

This company uses [redacted] to offer Buy it Now or Best Offer option and has no intention of bargaining. When you try to negotiate with them they ban you from their site. Be very cautious when dealing with them. They also have numerous complaints about defective merchandise. Very low Feedback score on [redacted].

Review: I recently purchased a polishing cloth from the FindingKing company, online. I was shown a picture of a "[redacted] cloth, and I think I was led to believe that this was the specific product of puchase. The "[redacted]" Brand is an actual brand of polishing cloth; I think this particular cloth is of higher quality than its lesser lookalike. FindKIng sent a lesser quality brand for the price of the higher quality, original, "[redacted]" Brand. I am truly upset and feel duped by the company. I think they aught to be ashamed of themselves for the fact that they are misleading people. I was sent what I feel to be a lesser brand (a [redacted] cloth made by a company called, Pioneer; Pioneer uses the name [redacted], but in my opinion it is not a true "[redacted] cloth).

If I wanted a Pioneer brand, I certainly could have gotten it for less money than FindingKing charged! So I am making a formal complaint, because I think they knew darn well what they were up to. To let you know, I took a screen shot of the exact cloth they advertised (it was a picture of the real "[redacted] cloth). I expect to here back soon about this, and I am ready to post my experience about it on TrustPilot.Desired Settlement: I want what they advertised; not the lookalike.

Review: I recently ordered FOUR (4) Wrought Iron Plain GFI Switch Electric Covers and only received ONE in the package. They are quite expensive ($24.76 each) and I want my other THREE for my new house. FindingKing stated on [redacted] that all 4 were shipped on the tracking link. And now, after numerous emails I am told by FindingKing that the remaining 3 were shipped and delivered on 3/5/15. I have NOT received any new shipment, and it now has been four weeks since my initial complaint. I feel this is a cop-out and an attempt to "pass the buck." [redacted] offered a credit to me today and I clicked the link, thinking it was a reward for my inconvenience. (I have been ordering from [redacted] for years with no problems.) And now the [redacted] website states that "the claim is resolved." The claim is NOT resolved. And I am unable to un-click the credit link! The public needs to know that FindingKing is NOT an honest online business.Desired Settlement: I would like my remaining 3 Wrought Iron Plain GFI Switch Electric Covers sent to me as soon as possible, possibly with a confirmation of delivery and/or signature required.

Review: On July 7, 2014 I made a purchase from Findingking.com's store: "Arizona Diamond Center" located in the [redacted]). The purchase I made was a beautiful vintage 14 karat yellow gold ring containing one large emerald stone set in the center of the ring's band. The ring was purchased as an addition to my growing family heirloom collection. To purchase this ring I financed a total of $1,500.00 including state sales tax though GE Capital (now [redacted]). I was very excited to buy this piece of jewelry even though it was a large purchase for me having just moved to Phoenix, Arizona. Before making my purchase at the Arizona Diamond Center I asked the two young sales associates working if they knew anything about the ring's origin or history since it was a vintage piece. They told me they did not, but assured me of the ring's authenticity so that I felt comfortable enough to spend $1,500.00 on it.

Now I am living back in [redacted], Oregon and I am still making payments on the ring through [redacted] (Previously GE Capital). I never questioned the authenticity of the ring I purchased because the Arizona Diamond Center seemed to be a well established and reputable jewelry company. On August 1, 2015 I finally took the ring to a local jeweler to be appraised. The ring is made of 14 karat yellow gold as it was advertised to be, but the "Emerald" is not Emerald but Quartz - a stone of very little value! I'm beyond upset that I was mislead by the Arizona Diamond Center, and purchased a ring for $1,500.00 and valued it as a precious family heirloom only to find out that I was mislead and sold a fake stone!Desired Settlement: I would like the full price of the ring including state sales tax in the total of $1,500.00 refunded, as well as, the finance charges and any other fees I paid to my [redacted] - Arizona Diamond Center Luxury Account. This is a fair request because I wouldn't have wasted additional money on finance charges and other [redacted] account fees if I hadn't been mislead about the authenticity of the ring I regrettably purchased through the Arizona Diamond Center in the first place.
